Overall, I am quite satisfied with its out-of-the-box features and user experience. The best thing is its intuitive dashboard, and the resources are easy to access and learn, which makes it easy to conduct mass texting campaigns without much technical fuss.

Pros

I found TXTImpact to be a very user-friendly mass texting platform. For my text marketing campaigns, I found it reliable and affordable. The best thing I like about it is its abundance of features—some of them are truly unique and out-of-the-box, such as Text to Screen, Email to MMS, Text to Vote, and Mass Campaign, all available without additional charges. Other key highlights worth mentioning include its automation features, seamless CRM integrations, high delivery rates, and excellent customer support. The platform is reliable, scalable, and competitively priced, making it ideal for streamlining communication and boosting engagement.

Cons

Although it provides enough features and helps get the job done, there are some areas of improvement, and its lack of AI integration and A/B testing is a drawback. I hope they bring these features in upcoming updates.

Pros

Innovative Features, Easy contact import, Easy Analytics and tracking, and Proactive Customer support.

Cons

So far, everything has worked seamlessly. Support has been helpful and proactive. No issues or delays encountered so far.

I like that the drivers can communicate with us through text, but I do not like the fact that I cannot determine who the text needs to go to.

Great interactive experience for our symphony patrons.

Pros

TXTImpact was functionally robust, and the technical performance was good. It was easy to use and setup. The Customer Support assisted us in the 10DLC application process which was the most difficult part of setup.

Cons

Poll results did not work as intended during the campaign. We were able to devise a work-around with a mobile QR code.

Outstanding!

Pros

The software is easy to use and allows for multiple campaigns. But the absolute best part of this software is their customer support . I’m not a huge tech user and their support is phenomenal. They respond immediately to your emails, look into every problem and call you, when necessary, to walk you through issues. I can not recommend them enough ! They never make you feel like your an idiot for not doing something correctly. They are extremely patient.

Cons

I wish they would enhance their campaigns so you could make two selections to the same campaign/poll but not allow you to select the same choice twice. Otherwise I love everything about this polling .

we use to determine why users aren't able to access netmotion, is the text being sent and user not getting, is user not getting that far, etc.

Pros

I like the ease of determining the users actual calls and the status of them

Cons

It was easier to find the calls when that was the page that opened up once you signed in

Pros: The API is very easy to implement. The SMS API works so fast. We have a correct feedback from the wire2air customer service. We recommend this company. Cons: Some time is very hard to have support by phone, but it doesn't mean that we don't receive the correct customer service. By email it works perfect.
