Pros It does what MDM software should do without an issue. It does manage the devices, Android and iOS devices, easy to use and you also can lock devices and manage them effectively. Cons Support is very bad. We are currently dow and we have errors on the software since July 4, 2018 and today we are July 30th 2018 and still down. FancyFon seems not to care anymore, since they are in Poland and Germany nd the time dirrence is the issue they keep implying. We made ourselves available for them, but it looks like they lost the key people of the software, so they just struggling..
