Appreciate the low cost of this tool for really small nonprofits looking to organize files and share with lots of volunteers.
We have really improved our working while using this tool because it allows us to save time and money while we can extract most of the benefits from this tool in a reliable way.
Cons
If you don't know what "folder" a document is in - or even its exact document name, the search tool can be very difficult, and almost useless.
At the current price point (charged per user), it's a bit on the more expensive side. The functionalities on the admin console is a bit hard to navigate.

Cons: Navigation in tool was a bit challenging at first, but once I figured it out it was easy to find, upload and download files.
