It’s easy to use and dependable, it makes file storage and sharing straightforward. Although the free storage is somewhat limited, the platform is still one I use regularly and would suggest others use as well. Pros I like Dropbox for its seamless syncing on all devices. It makes file sharing effortless. The reliability and ease of use have made it an important tool in my daily routine. Cons What I like least is the limited free storage space, which fills up quickly. Also, occasional syncing delays can be frustrating, when working with large files. It is an easy tool for the user. Pros I like that it can be linked to the microsoft online platform, without the need to download the documents, which greatly facilitates the visibility of the information. It also allows you to add notes and select important information which is a great benefit for a cloud platform. Cons What I almost don't like about box are some of its privacy policies that sometimes can be annoying (having to be changing permissions, updating dates to keep the content shared), which while it is a plus if you are looking for security, it can be a disadvantage if you are looking or have to share files with people, partners, customers outside your organization.
