It has allowed easy collaboration between my team and I so that We can access things quickly and easily. Like that I can password protect files. We can integrate it with our platforms for the ease of doing work. Notes , backup of documents are all good features of this. We barely use digital signature but yes it is also a good part. Pros 1\. Simple and user-friendly platform for document collection, storage and management. 2. Secure and we can simply share a link to the partners to upload the document which also works like a drag and drop of documents. 3. UI is very well management; performance is good and it's easy to locate the document there as well. Cons 1\. For a free trial it gives very limited storage of 10GB only. 2. Search engine of the product is not up to the mark and works as expected. Every time results are not proper which makes it quite difficult sometimes. 3. You can open, and edit Microsoft Office files straight from Box instead of downloading them. It allows you to securely store your documents on the cloud and share them with anyone. The feedback from our users was mixed. Whilst the integration worked great, the team felt box was a bit harder to use then other competitors. Pros Expandability - nearly any number of team members and storage amounts are supported in either a team or business setting. Good clients - both mac and win clients are supported and work well. Integration - many core business systems have box integrations and the API works well. Cons Pricing is higher than competitors for the same value.
