Pros I love having multiple options for cloud storage. I love having two separate cloud accounts and that way I can always have an extra backup for my important documents. Cons I wish that it was more affordable. It's not too expensive but there are tons of cloud storage options out there and some that are less expensive. Pros I liked how easy it was to use and the fact it just became another drive on my computer but led to things being saved remotely. It was easy for the team to use and understand. Cons It's very limited compared to other options that are available. It wasn't ideal for collaborative work. It works well with storing photos and being able to categorize them. Pros I like the ease of collaborating with the team. Everyone can access large files easily, especially videos and materials with lots of graphics. Cons Sharing outside the organization can be tricky. The storage is secure and can be relied for documents storage safely.. The file sharing is also smooth with in the box itself. The asset library is also easy to manage. One can set up an expiration date for each file or the shareable link. The content is secured by robust encryption technology Cons Box has set up restrictions on maximum file size which can be stored. This is very annoying since there is already a limit on how much data I can store. Now within that limit, I should be free to store a file of any size. As long as I have the internet I have access to my files. Pros Box is dead easy to use. If you have used a Windows machine in the past you will have no problem using this. I am a huge fan of the Box Sync feature. I use it on my iPad, iPhone (work), android phone (personal), and desktop daily. It helps keeps all my files in a place where i can find them on the go or in the office. Cons The Box Sync app can be a resource hog on the desktop. I find that if i dont sync my old files it works fine. I have some folder that could have 75,000 files in them and i believe it is the file count that cause this slow down. Not a big deal for me but something to know. Pros Box is a robust, comprehensive and easy to use cloud storage solution at a very competitive price point. The service is consistent and reliable. With multiple storage options at competitive price points Box makes finding the right cloud storage option easy and inexpensive. Box is accessible from a host of devices and platforms with native applications and browser extensions a convenient feature. The ability to share files and data in your Box with others even those without Box makes collaboration very easy and convenient. Cons Box is reliable and secure and has not let me down in all my time suing the service. We have several offices and it is so easy to find files that we need because we have one central place for them. It is easy to use and I really like that it saves changes immediately without me having to remember them. Pros I really like that multiple people can open file and make changes and it saves everything automatically. It is easy to set up and customize and super user friendly. Cons At first the price point threw me off a little but after trying other products it was an easy switch back. Upon reviewing, I found they had similar features -- Though Box did have a nice electronic signature tool that integrated well with Box. Editing files on the mobile app is hard though uploading them is a breeze. Some of them has less price by comparison with others, some others have the advanteges of the stability, and so forth. When you bring together all those advanteges in one place, you will reach to Box. Thank you to the developers, I've been using it for 2 years and have never complained about anything. The files when accessed through cloud URL save the work in every couple of seconds to ensure your work isn't lost. This is really helpful when you work on multiple files. Additionally features like allowing multiple resources to share work and edit/update files at same time, access management to ensure what kind of access one can be provided with (for example - read, write, share and etc) are very helpful in term of using box. Cons The box does not allow one to edit the file types like Visio directly on cloud.
