Pros Box is a completely secure platform that allows you to store and manage any type of content and share it with whoever we need, with the possibility of having different types of access such as read only, read and write, delete, etc. There is no limit on the type of file to be stored and it has 7x24 service availability that makes our documents always at our fingertips, no matter what device and place we are with. We only need access to the Internet. It also has integration with very interesting third parties that improve day-to-day work. You are able to grant different rights to different users. For example so users can only view the document others can edit. Also grid view once you are inside a folder gives you a thumbnail picture of the document which is handy if you are not certain of the titles. Cons This software can be hard to navigate and sync to. Cons I would love to be able to leave some notes to myself without others seeing my comments in Box. I would love for some further options to highlight and leave notes and adjustments when possible. Pros It is very easy to use, I can sync my files to the site and manage everything. I like being able to upload items in bulk to my Box account. I have unlimited storage so I never have to worry about running out of space. Cons It does not work on my Mac very well. I don't think it is supported completely just yet on the version I have.
