Pros Box is very easy to set up and can connect with a lot of different softwares. We connected it to NetSuite, for instance, and then can also easily package up files for auditors and share via Box. Cons It's a bit pricey in my opinion compared to similar software, but it's a powerful tool for business collaboration. I store my data and customer data on it, and it is good for downloading on the cloud. It is very good, and I advise everyone to use it Pros It is the first thing I recommend, and if you do not already have it, you will not be able to synchronize files and documents with members of the company's work team. My experience made me very happy and I advise everyone to synchronize files on this cloud. I find that Box offers enough storage and the customized views make it easier for browsing and favoriting the most used spots. Pros The integration of box with Salesforce is crucial for daily workflows and collection of information, data storage and document sharing. Cons I haven't experienced any cons using Box yet. I guess the only con would be the space for the cloud storage. Since my Box account was tied to my student account, I had a lot of space but now that I am no longer a student, the privileges I have with my Box account have significantly diminished. BOX offered a very large free storage capacity Fast transfer speed in my experience, Reasonable rates for paid accounts Cons It does not have an official Linux client. My colleagues and I rely on Linux for most work and the lack of an Box client is a drawback. We don't have a VPN network to really grab files when working from home, so Box has helped us have a great storage space to keep frequently used items, and to also be able to share files with other coworkers with ease. Security is great, and we have never had any issues from that end of things. The search and archiving features are so much better than many of the other cloud services out there. Cons A few issues with toggle (i.e. changing info or deleting things), but nothing that is time consuming or horrible. It has an excellent friendly graphical interface for organizing files in the cloud. I really enjoy accessing Office files to work at home offices, airports and cafes. The only prerequisite is a 3g, 4g or wifi internet link. There are many packages with storage space options and the prices are better than some of the competition. Cons Sometimes we have problems viewing files in the cloud itself. It is often best to download the file and open it offline on the device. Support is a little slow to answer questions. July 11, 2018 4.0 Pros The simplicity of the product and integration with microsoft office 365 is the top feature of this product for me. I can easily open and edit documents within my browser rather than needing to save copies to my desktop and re-upload to the web. Cons With multiple people accessing a file, especially with the BoxSync desktop synchronization, it doesn't always work as intended to prevent multiple people from downloading/editing a file at once. Unclear if this is an actual technical problem or a user error that should be corrected with making it more user-friendly. Also doesn't always open correctly with the microsoft online 365 products, but that seems to vary by computer and could be more of an issue with MS 365 than with box Review Source TP Tara P.
