Cons Lack of file monitoring services to monitor and control access. Installing the Box application for storage and backup leaves cached data that can leak information. I don't use the app on workstation. So it's not an issue for me. I liked that it was easy to have different permissions for folders and it was easy to create a hierarchy and organize Pros I really liked the ability to assign and track tasks. having the ability to choose whether or not to set deadlines were helpful too. not all situations called for deadlines Cons it wasn't very easy to share files outside of people that had a log in to the software. In order for people to have access they needed to have a log in. Pros Box gives you up to 10gb of free storage and can be used as a backup for any and all digital content. Box can even be integrated with Windows backup to safely backup an image of your personal machine. Cons If you are a digital hoarder than 10gb of storage can be used up very quickly. Pros The box offers a really top notch enterprise level document security too that i liked the most. The digital asset management is very reliable. File sharing is also very smooth adn fast along with the great functioning cloud storage. Cons I feel like the editing tools are very limited when compared to microsoft office etc but that can be increased. Also the storage is limited that needs to be increased even at lower cost subscription i feel so. Pros The ability to reach folders and necessary documents in distance. I'm a virtual assistant in a Hotel, but first I used to work there for 11 years. I moved and I remain working for them but virtually. So in this way, I can continue reaching my documents that are saved on the hotel's computer and using them to do my role. Cons I'm ok with it. While I do thing Google Drive is still the best for my needs, Box does a very decent job, without feeling like I'm being constrained by the amount of storage - like Dropbox does. Pros The file structure is dead-simple to work it. This makes me want to upload more and generally use the service on a weekly basis. It also does a few cool tricks when it comes to playing video and audio straight from your Box account. It's a great place to store files and let people inside and outside company access them. BOX will also sync with Outlook which is a great feature. Being able to access these files from anywhere is important. Box integrates with a variety of CRM's and allows easy "drag and drop" features. Très facile d'installation, et le fait qu'il y ait une version bureau comme sur ordinateur rend les choses meilleurs. Pouvoir déplacer un fichier et la dropper dans d'autres est exactement ce que tout user s'attend. Pros Il est si facile d'utiliser le logiciel et de partager les fichiers vers n'importe ou.
