Additionally, the advanced components of the share features allow certain documents to be restricted based on someone’s role on our team. Pros Being able to use Microsoft programs is the greatest advantage, especially compared to Google drive. Cons Slightly more difficult to collaborate, especially when it comes to people editing the same document at the same time. It seems like the document doesn’t always sync up correctly and multiple versions end up getting saved. Having the safety of knowing only people allowed to view documents was vital. Cons It can be difficult to learn how to use; well, not the day to day functionality but the different security levels. Plus we were using it with other companies during implementation and it made collaboration difficult.
