It makes file sharing very efficient internally as well as externally if needed as it is also very secure. It has been crucial in my business especially when working with remote teams. Pros Box makes it very simple to upload and share files across the organization. It is very simple to upload files to a location on their cloud and share it with others. Like most cloud storage solutions, Box is able to be accessed through the web browser, apps, or desktop plugins. The best part about Box is that it is has very fast uploads and downloads. Cons One thing that Box could do better is provide better thumbnail and metadata display options. This would make it slightly easier to navigate when looking at directories that are unfamiliar. You can create custom permission rights to users. Cons There are downtimes that may affect business. No direct-download link that would gain speed to the user instead of hovering around files. This has made my life so much easier when working through an excel spreadsheet with a team member so that I know exactly where that team member is in the process and we can simultaneously update the document. Cons Occasionally I run into some trouble loading an online document, however this problem occurs rarely and may be due to high server traffic.
