Pros The Box software is very easy to use. My school supplied laptop is constantly running out of space, but this software, I can upload as many files as I want to the cloud. Pros What I like the most is that is very intuitive and easy to adopt on your daily use for backups and long term storage. Cons The integration of the Box app for windows was kinda buggy, had a hard time setting it up. Pros Box is very easy to use a site and a great way to save all files and documents in one place. It has a free service that is perfect for plenty of documents to safely keep put and access when needed. Easy to use and doesn't cause difficulty to get any file later on when needed. Plus, It can handle many documents not just photos or ebooks. I am so pleased with over the years of using it and still hold documents, delete documents and organize them the way I like. It's fast simple and just the best way for me to save plenty of things, I don't feel ready to toss just yet or will need later on. Cons I had no cons with this product. As a part of small team that use some collaborative on-line solution, there was a problem of file-sharing, as using e-mail was becoming problematic (different versions, duplicates, change-log, etc). Using simple file sharing we solved that problem. 2. Smartphone backup - works perfectly. 3. PC backup - works perfectly. Pros All software versions (desktop application, web client, smartphone client software) have simple and clean design. Working with this software is very simple with a fast response and data transfer. File sharing is simple and is working perfectly. Cons Design and user interface can be done slightly better, more customization options are needed. storage capacity didn't increased as some competitors did, relatively small capacity for a cloud drive today (10 Gb only on start). Cons The user interface is no frills and sometimes the search feature is not intuitive.
