It provides an environment to share files real-time with other stakeholders and view the files in a desktop environment. File syncing is very quick and allows collaboration from remote locations. Lots of features available within the Box suite. Easy to collaborate with other users via Box and sharing is simple. Lots of control on sharing options. Cons Box has some issues with its Box Drive options. The concept is great, but occasionally stops working and can cause some company wide issues with lack of syncing or being able to open files. It´s easy of use and it has a lot free storage. Additionally Box is highly customizable, letting you integrate your account with differents apps and services. Pros Dropbox is a good tool to keep and share documents on line. I used this platform for my studies, teachers created folders and shared documents for users with access. Aditionally, users can upload any document they want to keep on line because box is a cloud storage services who offers generous free storage. It´s easy of use and it has lot of features set Cons Box is easy of use fast and has responsive apps but it lacks some collaboration features. I'd like to see few additional fields like notes. Pros Security is at the forefront of everything we do, and Box nails this better than any other product in the space. From a end-user perspective the user interfaces for all of the apps (web, desktop, mobile) are intuitive and user-friendly which allows employees that are new to Box to get up and running quickly without a ton of training. Pros The price for Box is much better than the likes of Google Drive and comparative to the likes of dropbox. Its features are very simpler to other cloud products. Its easy to share files with permissions levels to people inside your business or outside. Control over your data is good with more functions than others. Cons While the pricing is cheaper it doesn't integrate on as many other platforms like drop box or drive. Extensions are available for the likes of Chrome but I have found they often crash.
