Pros Box ha s come a long way since the beginning - it has a lot of functionality, power, security, and uses. Uploads are fast and it's cool because you can choose who to share items with, even people without Box accounts (unlike Sharepoint). Videos display very nicely. Cons I wish it would let you 'host' websites on there. Sometimes you just need to be able to embed HTML and have someone view the page. If you are paying for Box, why can't you use it however you want? I also don't like how "Box Notes" is a separate page. It should be like a little lightbox pop-up that looks like a sticky. It is easy to get up to date with the files and you can download and work the latest file you need and replace it again. Its super easy to use and its cloud base so you can access it from anywhere. Pros Easily uploading and managing all the files at one place. Can easily share all the files within the company and your team. It is easy to share files both internally and externally and there are tons of features and integrations that help make my staff more productive. Pros File sharing both internally and externally is simple and streamlined. There are a wide rage of integrations with other core products like O365, Google, Slack and others. Cons I do wish that the co-admin policies were a bit more intuitive. It is especially helpful when we work on large files too big to share via email. Pros Box keeps our agency files in order for easy access to all employees. I like how Box allows you to lock certain presentations, easy sharable links, as well notifies you when there are new versions uploaded to a file. Being able to work on projects online is also helpful for collaborating. Cons I do not have any issues with Box. Without box we wouldn't be able to track and share files easily within the company. We inquired with our cloud service about the cost and it was $1,000/mo additional cost. We pay $245/mo for unlimited space on Box and can access the files from anywhere we have internet access. Pros Easy to use, but most importantly, you get unlimited data storage. Cons It does not have the ability to expand the number of viewable files per screen. I believe it only allows 10 files per screen. Most of the other features they offer were clunky when compared to other softwares on the market. Pros It provided a solution to integrate file uploading to a website for a specific operation we needed. It has apps for connecting google drive, slack, zoom and microsoft apps, but it is more of a side feature. I don't think it is particularly useful. Cons Very basic software. Pros BOX is easy to use and it has the option to add an app to yous laptop or use it online. For our use in dealing with external persons for file sharing, BOX is near ideal. Pros BOX has served as a way for persons both internal and outside our company to share files and have easy access to documents without infringing on more delicate internal share drives. Cons BOX doesn't have that many additional features beyond its file sharing capabilities. However, as a daily user, I have not found myself yearning for anything additional, in that regard. It's a very easy product to use and to free space from your computer. Also, the support for your mobile device (their app) is really good. Cons I have some issues while uploading folders that have a lot of subfolders. Its give you an error but instead of not uploading files at all it uploads certain folders randomly.
