Pros I am using box for quite long time and the best thing regarding box is that it provided me 50GB of massive storage for my professional usage and also provided me access to invite 5 of my colleagues having professional id's for free 50 GB storage. Whereas other popular applications similar to box doesn't even provide half of this for free. You can also install desktop app and upload files at your ease from your desktop. Enjoying the migration of files into the box application. Pros I love the ability to share large files with other people in the organization. I like the ease of use with the application. I love that I don't have to create zip files anymore after the box was introduced. I also like that you can control who has access to your files by setting different levels of hierarchy. Cons Sometimes it takes a while to load depending on how many people in our organization are in the files at the same time but perhaps that may be an internal issue on our end. Pros We use Box for a lot of field reporting and our technicians are always on the road. Box works seamlessly with our mobile devices, and syncing/fire sharing is a breeze! Pros I like the functionality that allows you to be able to assign tasks to document. it can work very well as a job management tool when multiple people need to work on documents. Cons There is not much I don't like about this software. It also allows for heightened security settings by allowing single sign-on utilization. Pros It makes it very easy to transfer and share large files that would be too big to send over email. It also makes it easy to collaborate across teams by having one central location for project files. Cons It can be a little tricky at times to make sure you have the correct share link and that you are uploading things in the right spot. And if you have more than one area where files are stored, this can be a place you forget to look for the files.
