It was very pleasant when I discovered that my big files were automatically uploaded to Box and the e-mail was sent without errors. After that, I tried to use it as a daily basis. The download/upload speed is decent and stable, and it has a good business plans. Pros The most important feature is that is integrated natively with Thunderbird. It can be used to send big files by e-mail (not attached) automatically. It has cheaper plans than other similar platforms. Cons It does not offer more added value than the native integration in Thunderbird. It can be easily replaced by other similar file-sharing platforms. Review Source JM Jim M. Cons It may use device storage for viewing offline files which would defeat the purpose of using a cloud service in the first place but that needs to be confirmed, apart from that it's a very efficient software. Pros Box is a web based document storage solution that is sooooo easy to use. You can easily share documents with users inside and outside of your company. The fact that it is web based allows you to access your files 7/24 from anyplace in the world. Pros Professional look and feel, great mobile app with photo upload feature for smartphone camera captures. Good collaboration features. Nice preview of PDF files, images, etc. Good customer support: my storage space was not accurate, and they got right on it. Cons Nothing I can think of, really. We share documents, files, excels and even videos via box. It is very cheap and secure at the same time compared to other providers. Pros The most I like about the box is that it has functionality to create a local folder which is always synced with the cloud. Whatever I store in that folder is automatically store to the cloud and vice versa. Cons Box is a little bit slow as compared to other softwares such as google drive. Box is integrated with thousands of app like Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Power-point, Slack etc. Box allows you to view 100+ types of files directly in its application. You can invite your team to collaborate and share files online. Cons When downloading a large file, you need to have very stable internet connection otherwise file link would break and you have to start downloading the file all over again from beginning. Pros We use Box at work and it has been an amazing tool for a data storage. It's easy to use, easy to access online, intuitive functions and commands. I store my nonessential data in box. I never faced any account security issues because of their 2FA. I often use it to store notes from smart devices. Pros Huge range of APP integrations. Amazing new interface on their latest updates. Also, there's App for smart devices. Cons Price is quite high than other competitor storage solutions. $10 per month for 100GB seems quite expensive. Pros Box is a secure, cloud-based content management system that enables users to access, upload, download and share their files from anywhere. Cloud storage is secure, simple and flexible. You can access files from any device. Also you can share files with others. Box does an outstanding job with the backups. You don't have to think about it. Box is an affordable solution in the cloud world Cons Sometimes it's a little slow in my phone. Maybe because of the 4g technology. It is a kind of annoying that you have to do a manual syncing. But be aware that these are my problems and not necessarily box flaws.
