I am able to keep files in separate folders to keep my dashboard clean/neat Cons I don't have any complaints so far. We currently use SugarSync and in the short time we have used Box, we've found that we've run into less issues with syncing all of our team's documents so that everyone can quickly and easily access them. Cons As a new user to Box, there isn't a whole lot that I don't like about the software. Right now, I'm a happy user! August 1, 2018 5.0 Pros The best thing with box is how easy it is to upload/share documents. It is also easy to add new users and assign to folders/documents. Cons One of the things I like least about Box is it can sometimes be hard to navigate/find documents. I do not believe there is a search function. May 22, 2017 5.0 Professional document management to fit all of our needs! Pros We were a fast growing company that relied upon file servers to house our data. We experimented with OneDrive, Google Drive, and Dropbox and none of these products met our expectations. Cons The only con is that when using Microsoft software( excel & word), it does not allow the real-time updates feature to be easy observed. Pros Very easy to use. You don't even have to upload the file. Just save it in the box folder and box sync will do the work. Very easy to share files. Extremely helpful for group assignments. Cons I wish it could open some particular file formats (eg: .R) online. I loved the search option so I could just type in one word and every document with that word showed up. Also it allows us to send the files to others. Cons There is a learning curve at first using the software. At first you have to figure out how to make the files and download the documents. BUT once you get that all done it is such a great software to have in an office. Initially, it was blocked by our IT and we got it unblocked to access the files. The experience has been positive and there are no complaints. Pros Box is used to store, share or receive files securely regardless of the size, which makes it easy when you cannot send the files through an email for obvious reasons Synchronization of files across devices Good integration capabilities Cons I cannot think of anything to dislike with Box. The drag and drop upload feature is a lifesaver and the fast upload times let me work quickly. Pros I like that it syncs right to your computer. It was super easy to get all the files shared with employees and then sync to the desktop so I can access without going on to the site. I've used Sharepoint before too and I think I like this better. Cons I haven't seen any so far. It works for what it's supposed to and so no complaints! Pros 10/10 win! So easy to upload files. I lost so much when my phone broke, and now just a click and immediately my files are stored. I don't have to worry about losing them or taking up so much space I'm my Android. And it's super fast! Also I can create folders for specific content. There is even a feature to record. This app has solved a big storage problem for me as well as the fear of losing important files or uploads is gone. Cons Honestly haven't run into any problems with this app. So far, it's exactly what I needed. It didn't go smoothly or easily as I needed for a specific need. I didn’t hate it, but I didn’t love it either. I certainly did not make me want to switch from what I was already using. Pros I like the free aspect of this software in regard to the amount of storage you get with it for free. Cons I’m not sure what I didn’t like as much as it simply wasn’t something that I used very often. I was already using a competitor and didn’t want to switch over. The value with the competitor (cost) is a bit higher, but I had been using it and Box just didn’t seem to have the same functionality.
