Pros I liked the ease of being able to transfer files between office computers at a very competitive price. Cons The sychronisation was sometimes slow and the software was very limited with compatibility of operating systems. As a front end user, I did not see any issues with Box and think it was a great solution, but I believe the company as a whole transitioned to overall integrate more of Microsoft's Office 365 for simplicity and consistency. Pros Box does what it is supposed to do. It worked well as a backup solution and I always felt confident my documents and data were secure and easily accessible through desktop or mobile means. We get documents sent to us from other firms with this program and works great. Pros The ease of use of sharing documents between law firms. It's very easy to login and receive the documents sent to our firm. Sharing files with short links, handling company data and signatures are effective and not a big deal now. Cons 1\. The search feature also works well when you are looking for specific documents. Pros I like how easy it is to customize and share files with specific parties. I like how customizable the layouts and folders are. Cons I wish there was real time editing inside the tab you are viewing, same as Teams, Dropbox or Google Drive. I have oft had to teach people that they need to open the view only file in the "online" version and edit there. Appart of that it was simple and working fine. You can also have a shortcut on your file explrorer on windows, which is great Cons Nothing that i can see.
