Pros: It was well designed with a very light footprint so performance was great no matter what the connection of remote locations was supported by Terno has a broad range of experience covering multi channel retail and fulfillment which shows in the functionality of the product and the flexibility/affordability for customizations. The user interface is intuitive and easy for users to pick up and the licensing costs are reasonable.
Cons: There should be a cloud based offering or at the very least a web based user interface. This can be overcome using terminal services...but it would be a welcome addition.
