"Met the requirement perfectly. "

**Overall:** Very happy with the deployment, the functionality and cost. The results have been fantastic and with the level of detail we have been able to apply we are in the best place we have been in a very long time.

**Pros:** Simplicity, the scope it gives me to manage our estates patch and OS is simple and effective. Easy to setup and quickly deployed to the business. Compared to other products was great value for money and allowed us to configure to our needs.

**Cons:** The lack of integration with Jira and teams is disappointing for us as we use these predominantly for our service management,

"Easy and Efficient Patch Management"

**Overall:** Overall experience has been good. The tool has helped optimizing the patching processes.

**Pros:** I like the feature of worklet catalog which helps in creating policies to configure devices.

**Cons:** Processes get stuck in Queue if the device was not online for few days and to clear the status we either have to reinstall the agent service or contact support.
