### "Met the requirement perfectly. "

November 27, 2025

5.0

Very happy with the deployment, the functionality and cost. The results have been fantastic and with the level of detail we have been able to apply we are in the best place we have been in a very long time.

Pros

Simplicity, the scope it gives me to manage our estates patch and OS is simple and effective. Easy to setup and quickly deployed to the business. Compared to other products was great value for money and allowed us to configure to our needs.

Cons

The lack of integration with Jira and teams is disappointing for us as we use these predominantly for our service management,

### "Efficient Cloud-Native Patch Management for Modern IT Teams"

July 8, 2025

5.0

Our IT team at Nevro used to manage endpoints both on-premises and remote, across different departments and geographic regions. It helped streamline patching compliance and gave us much-needed visibility into device health. The platform’s flexibility and automation capabilities were especially helpful during remote work when devices were off the corporate network. Support was responsive and product updates were frequent and useful.

Pros

made patch management and endpoint configuration across a hybrid environment much more efficient. The cloud-native platform was easy to deploy and significantly reduced manual overhead. We were able to automate Windows patching, enforce security baselines, and even push scripts to remote laptops without relying on VPN. The UI was clean, intuitive, and responsive. The automation and policy scheduling options were extremely useful in an enterprise environment.

Cons

The scripting console could be more robust when managing large fleets—some logging and error output formatting could be improved for easier debugging. Also, it would be great to see more built-in integrations with platforms like Intune or CrowdStrike for richer context.

### "Automox all in one Patch management with top of the line Patching "

February 28, 2025

5.0

is one of the best products in the markets, which enables convenient endpoint management for Roaming endpoints. Automx is a cloud native, cloud based, modern solution for endpoint management.

Pros

Streamlined Patch Management and Worklet scripts for easier deployments.

Cons

Being a cloud native SAAS solution, does not have the capability to provide a viable solution for patch management in on-premise devices which are not exposed to internet.

### "Automox for System updates and PowerShell Scrips just works"

December 17, 2024

5.0

I've been using for over 3 years, and for the most part, they have been a lifesaver. We use it to perform weekly software and Microsoft Windows updates, to push out new or updated versions of software, and to occasionaly run PowerShell scripts on machines. It works great when we use it like this, and Automox provides some great training (which I highly reccommend taking) to help you figure out the platform, give you some shortcuts, and assist with the reasons the platform behaves the way it does.

Pros

Super easy to get initial set up completed. If you need additional ways to update or install software, or to make changes to a system, there are a ton of prewritten worklets to get you going.

Cons

doesn't work natively in a 64 bit environment, so you need to call the WOW6432Node to make scripts work.

### "Automox: A Powerful Cloud-Based Patch Management Solution with Room for Improvement"

February 28, 2025

Overall, is a solid cloud-based patch management solution that simplifies endpoint security and compliance. It’s particularly useful for organizations looking to automate OS and third-party application updates across Windows, macOS, and Linux devices without needing on-premise infrastructure.

Pros

has several strong points, especially when it comes to automated patch management and endpoint security. Here are some of the key pros: 1) Cloud-Based Management 2) Cross-Platform Support 3) Automated Patching 4) Custom Policies & Scripting and ETC

Cons

While is a strong patch management solution, there are some limitations and areas for improvement: 1) Limited Third-Party Patch Catalog 2) Pricing 3) Agent Dependency 4) Limited Native Reporting & Customization

### "A must have for any organization."

December 16, 2024

5.0

Had a demo with the company and then after the demo we decided to go full fledge and commit to it. We have a dedicated sales rep that is very attentive and always checks in with us. Deployment was a breeze and setup for machines was also a breeze. Auto install and deployment for large networks makes it so simple to use.

Pros

The ability to patch all PCs and servers in your fleet with ease of mind that it is all handled. The other major upside is the remote connection system that allows you to remote connect to machines.

Cons

Occasionally it is down for some reason or another since deploying our system we have have I think about 4 instances where it has been down in a matter of a 1 year period so honestly not bad at all.

4.0

Managing patches across multiple devices of different operating systems, list of inactive, active devices, export reports etc are really some good features which i quite good.

Pros

Choosing the option to schedule the policy run if it misses the timeline. Also, i can export most of the activities as a CSV activity logs, devices list etc

Cons

There is no abort or stop button to forcefully stop a policy when run accidentally. Also, the worklet evaluation and remediation code execution does not print the output of the basic echo statements.

Overall experience with is a 9/10. It has made our lives easier as a whole, and has sped up the deployment time of MACs.

Pros

It makes the deployment of MACs easier. We use it as the system of management to deploy patching and the like to MACs

Cons

Sometimes the install script on MAC doesn't properly take so you have to restart the process. Overall it's not bad though, no system is perfect

I would say has been a very useful tool and puts a majority of key functions all in one place. I highly recommend this to people in IT.

Pros

I like how easy it is to manage all of the computers we have in the office all in one place. It makes it easy to keep track of updates or software that needs to be pushed out for end users.

Cons

The thing that bothers me most about is how long it can take for device info to sync in the portal. Sometimes it can take up to 15 minutes for just 1 device.
