Updating clients and servers with this tool is fast and reliable, I would recommend this software to every team looking to streamline their patching experience. Our organization experienced several key changes. We saw a significant reduction in the time and effort required to manage our clients and servers, our security posture also improved. Pros User interface is intuitive and easy to use, our team has had almost zero issues getting used to this program. We love the simple design which takes us to goal each month. The community is very helpful, with several ready made and audited scripts available. This saved us plenty of time. It has helped us as a company yo keep our devices up to date. Pros I like the granularity that comes with Automox. I can make policies for most of the things that I can think of. It has allowed us to automate many things that we used to do manually before. It has saved us a lot of time and headaches. However, its remote control isn't great, and it lacks desktop and mobile apps. Pros I like that Automox allows our company to automate updates, whether it's Windows updates, or third party app updates. It also allows us to install apps remotely. I also like its ease of use Cons The remote control included with Automox doesn't work too well. It lacks desktop and mobile apps. Patch Management: Ensuring all endpoints are up-to-date with the latest security patches to mitigate risks of vulnerabilities and cyberattacks, this includes OS and 3rd party patching. Endpoint Security: Proactively addressing security threats and vulnerabilities before they can exploit the devices. Pros OS agnostic, we can apply the same patch policies to all our endpoints using Automox. Cons The current product is great, I'm not sure where the product is going to go next. The deployment of the agent's wasn't very hard and creation of the update policies was good as well. We even had someone from Automox help us setup our policies for the first time. Pros We have an environment that has Linux, MacOS and Windows all in one. Automox makes it easy to keep all of our machines updated. They all can be managed from one pane of glass.
