Civil Engineer Civil Engineering Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Easily i can edit documents without hassel" May 14, 2022 4.0 My overall experience with Docfly is good, what i need to complete my task, i get all in package, Editing files, highlighting points, marging document , replacing different pages is very easy and quick. They should work on PDF to word,excel file conversion, beside they can work in interface area also, some time i did not able to find required tool. Pros In Browser PDF editior, so i dont need to think about device storage. In chrome browser i can handle my all editing work. Marging separate files is very effective for me, i am able to marge separate files ,without lossing any data. By paid plan it also have 10 gb cloud storage , where i am able to save my data, later i can with teammates. Converting PDF to image option i liked most, without lossing quality i am able to do that. Making highlight for future checking is very effective for me. Besides it is very easy to use, no need extra training to handle this beautiful editor. Cons Converting PDF to Word function does not work perfectly, sometimes it didnot catch all fonts, besides rhey should include PDF to excel convertion also. All you need is an internet connection and you're ready to go. However, I don't see any feature on the free option that allows me to share files and allow another user to edit or amend a document in real time, as I do on Google Docs. That, I am confident, will go a long way toward making a significant difference for some Users, particularly on a professional level. Pros The interface of PDF Pro is easy to use and very intuitive. The well-organized menu makes it easy to quickly find the tools you need. Building and managing documents is easy. The collaborative tools are very useful when working on team projects. Cons I was expecting this program to offer more in terms of layout tools and design options. Overall, I found it difficult to create professional looking documents in this program because it was so limited in terms of design sensibility and function. It is difficult to cleanly arrange and align selected items. Editing pre-existing documents was not as easy and straightforward as I had hoped. Being able to scan 100 single page documents as one then go in and separate and sort them is so much for efficient. Pros Instead of having to stand at the scanner and scan countless individual documents I can scan a stack and then separate and sort them within the program. Huge benefit. Cons The only con about this software is that you can't set a printer as the default. I've spoken with them and it was certainly on their list, but as of today I still can't do it. Pros Compression and Merging Files Quality is good at DocFly. Rearranging pages and sections were only matter of seconds. Encryption of the client contracts in the same system is very convenient. For teachers, Students, Reserchers this app is must as it fulfils all the desire what we need to view and make PDF. Cons The storage is limited which also leds to delete old files for new files. Integrates pretty well with Microsoft Office applications when you are looking to convert documents. Much cheaper that Adobe Acrobat. The UI - user interface - is intuitive and easy to use. Cons Does not do OCR - optical character recognition. For me, this is a deal breaker. Not all PDF files are created equally. You need to have the OCR in order to scan certain types of files and work with them.
