PAY even after CANCEL up to 60 days " **Overall:** 1\. Our shop/field did not utilize the service as much as we thought for the amount we were paying. That is why I am canceling, not easy and was told I will continue to be billed for 2 extra months unless, so I will have to fight with my credit card company to keep the theft from occurring. The continued invoicing for 60 days is a HORRIBLE business policy that they stand by, this is theft. I cannot bill customers for a service I am not providing. We will see if they make this right, but I am not hopeful as my rep kept saying this is their policy! **Pros:** The wallet is useful to keep registration and insurance cards accessible to employees. **Cons:** 1\. Unable to remove assets without an employee from Whip Around, they bill based on number of assets so like to keep that number high. 2. Unable to cancel subscription, takes 60 days and they threaten to continue to bill my credit card, which I cannot remove from my account. 3. My rep quit, the chat bot disconnected when asked to cancel subscription, called, took a month to get someone to respond on how to cancel. Stephanie H.
