I like the onboarding process and the easiness of use. I didn't love the post sale service as I thought it wasn't as warm yet it was effective. The product in itself has limits and they are not obvious or clear on the main website. I'm sure it's somewhere in the help section... but the speed of the tracking and notification and the fact that the system does't read some news sources or reads them but only when certain conditions are met, are two things that a scared and panicked client because of its reputation issues needs.
