I find it a straightforward method for detailing my expenses and submitting reports to my manager. I particularly enjoy the ability to upload scanned receipts to my reports, freeing me from retaining the paper originals and mailing them separately to Accounts Payable. Pros Ability to scan receipts and submit reports electronically. Cons Buttons to create/assign expenses to reports are not intuituve. An example is adding the names of associates who attending something with me. After entering the names, if I push one button to exit my changes are discarded without telling me and I have to complete the step again. The system is not obvious for which button is save and continue and which is cancel and go back.
