They had the functionality when we purchased it years ago and it was removed recently without notifying customers. This has created a lot of re-work and unnecessary headaches for our customer service team, managing incorrect orders. Pros The software is user-friendly, easy to manage stores without a lot of training. Cons There seems to be no clear development path with a patchwork of legacy features. It takes very little time to setup a brand new basic store for a customer. Cons Customization options are somewhat limited. Would like to be able to have 1 product listed and the customer chose the logo they want instead of having to make each product individually. Also, cannot bulk add products to stores which makes store making a little time consuming if you have more advanced or larger stores. They can use their own artwork, manage their own approvals and when the customer approves their art, it takes the liability off the company for mistakes in grammar or spelling. Pros We have the deluxe version with the Design Studio and the Point-Of-Sale system. The training takes a bit, but they go at your pace. Our customers love the ease of use from the design and purchasing standpoint and we like the capabilities from the back end. The best part is the unlimited support. Their support (and even sales) team are ready to ask any question, no matter how stupid or how many times you have asked it. Cons Hard to catch on at first, and some of the features are glitchy. Overall, I do think this product is great.
