Pros: vFairs' virtual event platform worked seamlessly for our day-long virtual conference. vFairs provided all the features we wanted at a very reasonable price. The best aspect was vFairs' customer service and technical support. The vFairs team was very attentive to our needs; they handled all of our inquiries (pre-event, post-event, and day-of inquiries) very quickly and calmly. vFairs offers great value for white-glove service and a high quality platform, which our event attendees and sponsors truly enjoyed. I recommend vFairs and I would be happy to collaborate with them again.

Cons: I rated 4 stars for "ease of use" because our team relied on vFairs to add/alter content on our event website and the virtual event platform. This was an easy approach and vFairs was very fast to post any content we shared, but some organizations might prefer the ability to manage content themselves using a CMS. Maybe vFairs provides this option, but I have not yet asked about it.

Thanks Erin for your feedback. I highly appreciate it. As for CMS; we do have that option and I will request the team to walk you through it. We usually take that burden away from the customer and do these updates at our end so that our client can primarily focus on the fun part of running the event. Having said that; I do agree that some clients might prefer to manage this on their own and we will ensure that moving forward we let our clients know that this option exist where they can manage the CMS on their own as well. Congratluations on running a very successful event.

Pros: The versatility of the system, as well as how easy and effortless it makes networking, through online chats, webinars and booth engagements.

Cons: Search functions could be improved, in terms of searching for specific exhibitors or booths. Also, if the chat system had capabilities of forwarding messages to other reps in your company that would make it much easier when answering product specific questions.

Overall: This software allows Data Scavenger to network with potential clients from around the world at the touch of a button. Both functional and easy to use, this platform cuts down on costs associated with traditional Trade Shows, and allows our business to see greater profitability and return on investment.

Thank you Kelsi. We have enhanced the 'Search Funcctionality' tremendously now. One can search for company, booth, documents, videos and other content within our platform. We also now allow to forward chat messages to to other reps.

Pros: The software is very easy to use, friendly, fast and reliable, and the technical support was fabulous.

Cons: I would like to ask if there is possibility to increase size of logos where it directs the participants how to do private chat or video camera mode of communication.
Also increase the box where the private chat is happening and enhance the voice for the training video because there was an echo in the background.

Overall: The feedback from the participants, both employers and Job seekers was excellent and they were very satisfied.

Thank you Ghazi for your feedback. Based on your feedback; we now allow different size of logos to appear on top of each exhibitor booth. Private chat window size has also been increased. We also have now multiple versions of training videos that can be used.

Pros: The software is customizable, easy to set up, and enabled Ultimate Medical Academy to quickly launch our Virtual Open House event for prospective students. The staff at VFairs understood our needs and helped us customize the platform to ensure a great user experience for our attendees.

Pros: Exhibition Stall and user engagement through it. We and users loved the virtual exhibition area where all partner stalls were placed. Networking lounge experience was also good but certainly needs improvement. The way sessions were executed, however, users needed to action too many thiings to finally attend the sessions.

Cons: 1. Quiz responsiveness to capture users response and add up in the leaderboard.
2. Networking Lounge chat mechanism should be new age. It looks little outdated and takes a lot of bandwidth in low network connectivity
3. The video vault video view frame is not good, very small

Overall: Executing the virtual conference at a large scale

Pros: The front end was with a neat and elegant style .
It is user friendly and customer friendly approach.
Product was easy accessible by every one. the overall quality was good , we would like to have a good product in future also for many requirement needs.
Booth set was organized in a good way and the stalls were so presentable and was in a good pleasing way.

Cons: There were no much of cons to be mentioned.
The pool of candidates was little lesser for out expectation.
It would be better if we have received more application across varied industries and from varied locations.
There could be more number of options for searching from the pool of candidates.

Pros: Intuitive, easy to use. And the vfairs customer service was top notch - helping both us and the employers and job seekers during the event.

Cons: Overall design/visuals look a bit dated. There really wasn't anything else in particular that we did not like.

Pros: It is very easy to use. And the team provides training. I think the software looks good and allows for a lot of conversation between employers and the job seekers. The reporting for each company was very helpful.

Pros: The virtual exhibit hall had a very similar look and feel of a career fair, where companies can personalize and customize booths on any theme with images and enabling companies to host their information / jobs / internships.

The floor provides visitors with a convenience to scroll through company booths in a quick and efficient way. The ability to use chat feature for conversations was also very helpful.

Overall, we were glad to be part of the event and believe this was a great innovative platform hosting virtual booths in a career fair, connecting candidates with potential opportunities.

Cons: May become a little slow few times but overall and in general this application works very well.

Pros: The virtual conference environment provided a professional, easily accessible and fun engaging environment for attendees. The option for a mix of live and pre recorded sessions was excellent. Exhibition hall was great and a novel experience for attendees.

Cons: Setting up the exhibition booths took time and support, but they all looked terrific in the end. Pro tips and smooth set up documentation will enhance the experience.

Overall: convenient and economical way to share high value information, engage current and future clients and strategic partners

Pros: The software was extremely easy to navigate; the set-up process was convenient and well laid-out despite a very short (less than 5 week) turnaround time. Their technical support at vFairs was really second-to-none. The team worked with us on design, implementation, and day-of-event to make sure that it went off without a hitch and made for an incredible user experience.

Cons: Overall, I don't have any glaring negatives regarding the software. It was easy to use both on the admin. side as well as on the applicant/user side. I would say that the least attractive aspect was the group chat function for many of the companies, but I believe that is something you can turn on/off.

It was a very good experience, using Vfairs for the first time, and having an online career fair

Pros: The team was very helpful and always took our comments and requests into consideration. The software was easy to use, and costumer friendly.

Cons: The platform was limited to one design only. It would have been nice to be able to choose between different types of platforms, with more advanced features.

Pros: It was simple and easy to use and navigate. It had most of the features we were looking for for the virtual fair and customer service was excellent.

Cons: The Back arrow on the URL navigation bar took you out of the site to the login page. That is most commonly used to go to the previous page.

Pros: The team at Vfairs were accommodating, friendly and helpful - they worked above and beyond to ensure our online event went off without a hitch. Any time we had an issue or question, the team were only too happy to work with us to resolve it.
The software was easy to use, simple to navigate with a clean theme. The Vfairs platform also integrated seamlessly with Zoom and other webinar recordings which we were able to upload prior to our event with the help of our Vfairs contact.

Cons: A few of the online features were a little limited - such as the chatroom functionality which made noises to indicate when a new person was chatting but lacked the ability to see where the new conversation was taking place (we had several chat streams running at once which made this a little tricky).

Overall: We were able to build our digital events portfolio to include virtual events - which are a new and exciting prospect for both our sponsor partners and audience.

We had a great experience using vfairs for our AI Live event, I would recommend it

Pros: The customer support was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble for Saad and the team. They responded quickly and went the extra mile to ensure we and our customers had a great experience.

Overall: The software didn't send automatic outlook invitations to delegates to block their time when they registered. I think this would have been a plus point.

Pros: Easy to use and fantastic customer support that works around the clock for their clients - it's also very easy for our clients who are purchasing booths

Cons: Perhaps the exhibit hall look but overall we are very happy with Vfairs and look forward to working with them at least 2 more times this year if not more

Pros: This platform is very easy to operate with sufficient functions provided to enhance communication and interaction with audience. The best is the customer support at vFairs is absolutely fantastic - which helps customizing solutions and provide timely response and support throughout the whole project.

Cons: I think the live chat is a very good function within the platform but unfortunately audience need to download the software before attending - which could be a turn-off for audience.

Pros: The software is incredibly intuitive and easy to use, which makes it accessible for a wide audience. We had users who are very experienced in IT and user experiences and complimented how great the software was and those with less experience also appreciated how easy it was for them to use it! It helped us put on a successful event additionally, the flexibility of the software means that anything can be customized which was much appreciated! It meant that the software could work around our needs instead of the other way around.

We also received incredible customer support before, during, and after our event. Not only did the software worked flawlessly, but all of our contacts there were a pleasure to work with. All questions and concerns were addressed quickly and treated with the upmost importance, even if I asked the same question several times.
