Their technical support at vFairs was really second-to-none. The team worked with us on design, implementation, and day-of-event to make sure that it went off without a hitch and made for an incredible user experience. Cons Overall, I don't have any glaring negatives regarding the software. It was easy to use both on the admin. side as well as on the applicant/user side. I would say that the least attractive aspect was the group chat function for many of the companies, but I believe that is something you can turn on/off. This is 4x the attendance of our yearly in-person conference, saved travel expenses and we had more robust conversations in the Networking Lounge with our executive team than in-person conferences can provide. Pros The vFairs platform has a professional appearance; many options to engage attendees; easy-to-navigate for attendees and easy for admins on the backend; expert training sessions for the admin team; supportive and very responsive project manager. Cons We experienced no challenges or difficulties with this software. Reason for choosing vFairs Professional appearance, options for a trade show, chat lounges, avatars in the lobby make it more interesting and they could meet our tight 8 week timeline from purchase to the event date. Pros From August 29th to September 1st took place the Soft Ladership Week of the company ENEL Colombia, a hybrid event in which we as a marketing agency were in charge of making the entire communication plan and strategy in which we relied on the company vFairs to make the parallel event in the metaverse, from which we received support and guidance from the negotiation to the execution of the live event always with clear and timely responses. Our attendees have been very pleased with all the features that this platform has to offer and it has made our transition into virtual events a real success. Cons I would like to see more template options, especially those that showcase a racially and ethnically diverse population of avatars. This shouldn't need to be a customization. Reason for choosing vFairs vFairs had all of the features that were required for each of our events, plus the look of an in-person one. It definitely has opened up options for us for virtual events or hybrid ones in the future. The features are easily adjusted and the editing mechanisms are intuitive. Multiple users were able to build their booths with unique content, with minimal effort! Ease of use is superb with this software. The aesthetics are also top-notch - look and feel are critical for company branding, and the vFAIRS platform did not disappoint. Cons We had a few issues with the live video interview components, but I believe those issues have since been resolved and features upgraded. However, the meetings with them were rescheduled more than a couple times for reasons like unstable electricity and religious holidays. I understand electricity may become unstable in developing nations, and I have utmost respect for Islamic religion. Yet, by Japanese business standards, sudden and repeated rescheduling of the meeting would not be accepted. Therefor, I wouldn't recommend this product for Japanese companies. Pros Relative ease of use. Good design. Friendly support team. Cons We didn't have much problem with the software itself.
