Owner, Psychologist Mental Health Care Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "I Love BreezyNotes" February 20, 2017 5.0 BreezyNotes is a relatively simple platform for an EHR. I've found it to work very well for my practice, which has grown from 4-10 during my time with them. They've responded to all my questions quickly and effectively and made changes that have made it work better from my perspective. It gets the job done with very little fuss, and it keeps getting better. Pros BN's strength is in their customer service and responsiveness. When I've asked for a feature to be modified or adjusted, they have made it happen immediately if possible, put it in their queue for the next update, or talked me through how to work around it. They respond almost immediately to questions and are eager to fix any issues that come up. The EHR is super easy to use--my clinicians love it. We finish our notes in minutes, and billing is done instantaneously. It's at a very reasonable price point, and they are always improving. Cons They don't yet have a client portal, but it's coming VERY soon (I believe it's in Beta testing right now). It also doesn't yet have a really nice "clinic view" format for a practice with many clinicians. Review Source AI Alex I. Family Therapist Mental Health Care Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Great product, attentive customer service" February 14, 2017 5.0 I have been using BreezyNotes since August 2016 and soon after also signed up for their billing service. I honestly wish I had signed up sooner! The EHR is easy to use. It is a friendly platform for therapists, and the billing service makes it even more straightforward. In 5 minutes I can write a note, sign and submit it for billing. The customer service is attentive, responsive and simply the best I have ever experienced. They added a feature I had asked for (adding fields for names other than legal name and for pronouns) and they were not only helpful, they got it done within a half hour. I always feel like I am dealing with people, rather than a large company, and that they care about my practice. They are always patient with my questions and have gone above and beyond while I transitioned from a larger system to private practice. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough. I love using BreezyNotes! Pros Customer service. Therapist friendly interface. Cons I am looking forward to accessing to a client portal option (I know they are working on one!) It is a fairly easy system for Progress Notes and Calendar, but the Patient Portal and Patient Reminder options are not functional and remain in the IT development phase. Entering information is only somewhat integrated, and much has to be entered manually versus automatically generated. Billing is a bit complicated, especially in terms of set-up and follow-through. Customer support is very good and often personally answered by the owner. System does not automatically back-up data, as it is entered and/or written. If document is not periodically and manually saved, you run the risk of being automatically logged-out of the system and losing all of your document writing. :-( Pros Billing Service is a nice feature; again a little cumbersome and not very intuitive or integrated. Somewhat difficult to learn and implement on the provider side. Cons Not very easy to learn, does not back-up data, no options for transcribing notes or verbally entering data, no patient reminder - not fully set-up, patient portal is not functional for use yet, system is not auto - integrated so much material and entering has to be done manually, versus auto generated. Treatment Plan does not have pre-populated choices, and evidence based goals and strategies have to be completely written by therapist without any optional selections, or pre-populated fields/choices. December 6, 2016 5.0 I have been using BreezyNotes EHR since its inception and have enjoyed its ease of use, practical/logical way of entering client data, and interface with OfficeAlly for billing data. I would highly recommend BreezyNotes and its team for small to middle size therapy practices. Pros Ease of use in setting up client data and entering both clinical and financial information Cons Entering special types of payment (eg advance payments) requires extra steps to enter it, but once explained, it works fine. Yes, like all software programs, there are features I'd like to see added and areas that could be improved but I find BreezyNotes a superior product for the price point that it is offered at. I didn't have a specific training-just a tip sheet and then played around with it and got the hang of it. I like that there is some automatic population in the session notes. Cons The time out feature without an automatic save feature has caused me to lose the content of an entire DA on 2 occasions. I've also lost individual session notes which is really frustrating. The technical support has been invaluable. The training and one on one assistance has made a huge impact on our ability to learn the system. Cons It does not have a reminder call setting for clients. It is not yet compatible with adding a doctor to the practice.
