After a bit of a learning curve we were then able to utilise the platform consistently to manage trips and reimbursements. It's not like it's flawless, but it really helps us save time and see what our costs are. Pros We've really appreciated the use of Motus to monitor our business trips and associated costs for our team. The trip tracking feature is surprisingly detailed, and very easy to determine who is using which vehicle and on what purpose. Expense management tools are very helpful to avoid the hassel of monthly budget reconciliation. In addition, it provides a very solid security comfort level, important when dealing with delicate reimbursement information. Cons I think it took a little bit of time to get the team up to speed on using everything to the best of their ability, particularly as we're a small agency and have limited time to dedicate to onboarding. The user interface isn't quite as modern as it might be, and some areas might have been smoother. It would also be nice to have a more streamlined approach to creating vehicle profiles. Horrible. Disgusting. Useless. Pros The automatic mileage tracking. Oh wait, that doesn't work. The reliability. Oh wait, that has never worked (see the reviews from day one). The ease of use. Oh wait, it isn't easy. I really like that I have to manually enter all mileage every month to the tune of an hour or more of my time WASTED, because it is unreliable. Cons Everything about the app is what I like least, starting with the fact that they bastardized my previous rating and posted the only positive thing I said. The app sucks. It simply does not work the way they say it will and when it screws up, which is every time it is turned on, it always screws up in favor of the company and never in favor of the user. I would not recommend it. Pros Mile tracking is ok the time tracking sometime works but I have found it’s outdated and slow. Cons Customer service is a joke. I waited 30 minutes only to be told that I needed to talk to the app group. I then waited another 30 minutes then told they would call me back and they did not.
