November 8, 2023 5.0 Motus is very easy to use and even easier to track your mileage. Happy with it and would recommend. Pros There is no need to track milage manually. Set it and forget it . Pros The feature I love most about this app is the tracking. I can see my daily route and plan for the next time I am there. I can see how much time I spend and try to cut down and not waste time and money Cons Least favorite about this app is the glitches sometimes I encounter, such as it not saving a location or when submitting my monthly distance it wouldn’t read one day. Every time I use it I am reminded that my employer is taking advantage of me with inadequate reimbursement on my auto expenses. It's a reminder to keep looking for a new job. Pros easy of millage tracking most of the time. Cons It's hard to make adjustments to your mileage if you had a deviation in your travels or forgot to start it at the beginning of the day. I hate the way my employer uses it to screw me on vehicle mileage, and I get a wack on my end-of-year paycheck when I need the money the most. You can set a schedule on certain days and hours to automatically track. Cons Manual entry of addresses seems glitchy. Pros The ease of use on the mobile phone is helpful for daily use and then the specific breakdowns of drive time help when reviewing drive time. It is easy to use. I appreciate the updates it sends to my mobile device to alert me if mileage is still being tracked. I appreciate having the ability to save destinations. Submitting mileage report is so easy and efficient. Cons Sometimes my mobile battery dies quickly while using Motus. However, I contribute that to many factors including the life of the battery. It is great I use to use another app and it wasn’t as great but this app is amazing Pros The motus app is amazing to use . You have many options to accommodate your needs . I use the smart track so it sense when I’m driving and starts recording . And you can set the day that you usually work and hours and have it set to records during those times. It’s the best driving app that I have used . Cons Sometimes the app doesn’t start when you start driving or it’s a little off by 5-10 miles. Also sometimes when you drive to the same location it gives you two different miles even though it’s the same distance every time . Timely and accurate responses. Pros I enjoy the Motus platform as it's easy to navigate and input mileaage based on your starting point, stopping point(s), and final destination. All calculations are done for you leaving no room for error when inputting mileage. At the close of the month upon submitting mileage, an email is sent to you verifying total mileage input and equivalent dollar amount pay out so that I know exactly what to expect in reimbursement. The app is critical to my daily functions of my job. I cover 6 different states and I am on the road 4-5 days a week. Cons I really cannot think of anything that I don't like about this App. It is easy to use, it is easy to update my car and insurance information. I was initially skeptical about this software, but my time utilizing it thus far has proven me wrong. The software is very user friendly. Pros I really enjoy the Mileage Capture Mode that is available with this software as it allows me to set it and forget it, while still capturing my work mileage. I then have the convenience of being able to utilize the app or URL to access my account to delete any personal mileage/trips. Cons On one occasion my Motus app became disabled without me realizing it and the Mileage Capture Mode did not truly capture my work mileage for a small period of time. However, I was able to manually update this information and reactive my Motus app. I have not determined what caused this, but it could have been a user error and not necessarily the software. Tracking business miles is so easy and I don't know what I would do without it. Pros The ease of use of the application. Motus makes it so easy for me to track my milage. I just use the Auto start feature and Motus does the rest. It took less than 10 minutes to register and now I don't spend any time tracking business miles. Motus does it for me.
