Overall, it does not appear to be up to the mark as compared to Athena Health or Simple Practice.

Pros

It is user-friendly in some aspects. All important tabs are within reach.

Cons

Ordering labs is too complicated. The user Cannot sync the calendar. Hovering near side tabs automatically opens them even if you did not directly click on it.

Very friendly and attentive customer service. This practice has developed a very good working relationship with NEXUS.

Pros

The customer service; any questions or changes are promptly addressed. Also the ability to customize templates to our specific needs.

Cons

Occasional lag time between NEXUS and our billing/scheduling software, and occasional lag time with electronic prescribing.

Customer service and their willingness to help or adapt to our speciality and office needs

Cons

Have to pay to send records out which I feel should be part of an EHR system

I am happy with using NEXUS EHR. I have had a positive experience with both the system and the staff.

Pros

Nexus EHR is easy to understudy and navigate. The tabs are easy to find and easy to use. The team of experts that handle the program are very professional and easy to reach. Sunil and his amazing team are very accessible, and they make my job easy. And they are just a phone call away.

Cons

Sometimes the system can have a delayed response of not more than 5 mins. I have not had any major issues with this system.

Positive experience, no problems. I am able to get in with ease and chart.

Pros

Clean view of appointments, like how easy it is to read. I like the undocking ability to see chart on another screen.

Cons

Slow at times, it takes a minute to have open and chart in patient note
