Pros The invoice creation is very easy and the reporting provided by the tools helps in managing the team easily. One of the best features is the support offered by the team. Cons There are not many issues with the tool. Just a configurable task list in the application would help in better distribution and reporting of the time. Pros I really enjoy the ability to "clock" various projects / tasks and account for the time that is booked for each task for each employee and per account we manage. Cons There really isn't a particular feature I dislike. Perhaps they could improve the ease of finding tasks or client workload a little bit instead of a scroll bar or autofill feature, but even that isn't that much of an issue at this point. I have a free account since it is only me who uses it. And it allows me to easily export the timeslips assigned to each of my clients, their projects as well as the various tasks completed for each project every month for invoicing. Each report can also be tweaked in Excel and then saved as a pdf for proper invoicing to the client. I really love that I am able to accomplish these things at no further cost to myself. Pros This software's objective is to allow you to bill clients via time slips which can be assigned to clients, projects and tasks. Each time slip can be marked as billable or non-billable. These are the features of MyHours that I have appreciated having all along. Cons I have not yet found anything that I don't like about the software. Developer was quick to answer my questions, quick to fix an issue. Pros I was using Freshbooks and was looking for a better option because they kept increasing their prices. As a small business consultant, I have many different clients which I was previous to that just using a spreadsheet to track. I upgraded to Freshbooks but couldn't believe how much they were charging for what I felt were basic features. LMHs was the best option out there that does the same and more than Freshbooks, and the developer is always upgrading it and adding features that keep it ahead of the curve. Cons None! If I didn't have LogMyHours.com, it would be very tedious to report my time promptly and accurately to clients. The straightforward and customizable approach is great for me, and I hope to see expanded functionality going forward. Pros I most appreciate the timer feature on the timesheets view. I can simply click a button, say what time I started, and it calculates how long I spent since that time and when I remembered to turn it on. I also like the customization options available for various functions of the software. You can customize a vast majority of the important things like hourly rates and most project details without a paid subscription. The support is also excellent when you have it, though it may not be available to the free tier after the initial trial period. If you want to work as a contractor and need to track your own time and fees for a client, then this is a good way to get into that realm, even if you are somewhat unfamiliar with freelancing in general. Cons I have found that there is some limitation on what views and file types you can export. I would really appreciate additional export options for invoices, so that I can send them as a spreadsheet with expenses included in the same file as the hours.
