Pros: Multiple logins available for our instructors or renters. They are able to add and edit classes easily.

Cons: Wish the calendar view could be switched from monthly to daily or weekly. Example is Google calender.

The calendar can be switched to day/week/month in two ways: on the front end calendar that your customers see, they can click on the top right to navigate through different calendar views; on the back end of the software, you can adjust the default calendar view and replace the iframe code you currently have. Pros: The simple functionality of the software. It does what you need it to do without being to complicated.

Cons: There nothing that I dont like. It does everything I need it to do. Its simple and reliable, which is what every gym owner needs.

Overall: Helped to organize and systemitize my check in and new client orientation.

Pros: I like that I can enter information easily and that we can enter a payment profile. I like the numerous reports that are available and also that I can send out emails to the membership. I especially like that I can tailor who I send the emails out to, that it does not have to always be sent to everyone.

Cons: I dislike that if I start an email to the membership and have to leave the window, that I cannot save what I have already accomplished. I do not like that the sign in kiosk is more than a 1 step process. I do not like that I do not have a 'sidebar' window on my screen that shows all my signed in members as they sign in.

Overall: It allowed us to get information about clients onto a data base. This gave us a way to track their attendance. Would love to see an area where we could track weigh and measures, as this is a gym and it is a service that we offer. Members like to see their progress.

There are some settings that you may find useful within the software that may solve some of the issues you are having with your sign in kiosk as well as measurement/weight tracking. There are some automated sign in kiosk settings that may be adjusted for quicker check-in, and there are adjustments in "custom fields" as well as "assessment set up" that may be a solution for tracking measurements/weight. Pros: I like the calendar feature. Our company has A LOT of class offerings, and its really easy to see them all using the calendar feature.

Cons: I wish you could link the calendar to the WOD's so you didn't have to look up the WOD's separately. It would also be nice if there was a trainer-specific app that made it easier to check clients into classes right there at the start of the class.

Our WODs may be viewed in the calendar when you assign the WOD to a class (or group of classes). The WOD is also available to view (if assigned) in the athletes reservations. The new mobile app serves both staff and athletes depending on the log in credential. With your credentials, you should have access to our customizable sign-in kiosk feature that offers many check-in options including automatic class assignment (assigns to closest class available) and barcode scanning for the fastest check-in experience. You could place any internet based device such as a tablet or laptop with the sign-in kiosk feature logged in to create a self-check-in station. Please call us at 866-858-0304 for assistance setting up the WODs into your calendar or adjusting your sign-in kiosk settings.

Pros: I'm absolutely happy about the beginner pricing, since it helps me as a small business to focus on growth. The team really thought about everything. No matter what kind of business you are running, it will work for you!

Cons: There are a few downsides if you are from overseas. Text is partly not translated and local payment providers are not supported.

Pros: Ease of use, exact functions to run business without extra fluff. Implementing barcode scanning system for keyless entry system.

Cons: The app times out and would prefer it to keep me logged in. Will be submitting this as a feature request.

The app automatically signs out as a security feature. This was recently implemented and only effects log ins with staff or owner access. Staff and owner log ins can control your gym's set up and client information, and many gym owners wanted a secure way to make sure that no unauthorized users can access this.

Pros: It has all the features my business needs the most useful is the digital waivers I can have customers sign online

Overall: Waivers is the best part and cheap processing fees., customer support has been awesome. I was given a demo of the software and has someone walk me through my setup

Pros: i really like the ability to control payments and memberships. It is also easy to access the whole system.

Cons: I don't have a crossfit gym, I own a powerlifting/strongman. so the wod style system and gym classes are not usefull to me. also it would be nice if rhinofit sold barcode scanners and key barcodes for memberships instead of me shopping third party

Pros: Easy to use, easy to integrate. Compared to Mindbody, security compliance can be a nuisance. However, this integrated with Stripe effortlessly. Easy to upload your programs and packages.

Cons: The trial functionality is confusing. Either I need to put more effort into figuring it out or this process can be dumbed down for me. Either way, still good product.

Pros: I like that it's very easy to automate my business. I have the ability to set up auto pay (eft) for my customers to ensure timely payments.

Cons: I wish it had an exercise database. When logging the Workout of the Day (WOD) for those that were unable to attend the class, having a database for exercise would be very beneficial.

Pros: The user friendly software and layout

Cons: The GMS system is a little pricey but still efficient.

Overall: Rhinofit is so easy to use and very versatile! The staff is very friendly and very helpful! Great response time as well!

Comments: overall it's very good. would like to only be asked to fill out the survey once. I get asked to fill out a survey on all my devices. Would rather it be sent as an email than to have to click no every time.

Comments: Finally, a gym management software that does what I need. I got ran through the wringer with exorbitant pricing and merchant fees and incredibly difficult setup from Mindbody and tried severalother options and was getting frustrated searching for something that works. I'm 'm so happy and relieved to have found Rhinofit. It's not perfect and there's a few minor things I hope to see improved going forward but I am feeling incredibly blessed to have found a great solution to my gym management software nightmare. Comments: My experience with RhinoFit has not been pleasant. It started with not receiving attention on matters that I was facing. I would send emails and not receive responses. Email has always been the best form of communication for me but with RhinoFit service it was better to call to get a response. This made it very difficult for me since I work 8am - 5 pm mountain time and couldn't contact you all by phone after 3 pm my time. At times I would be told something would be taken care of but would have to follow up after not hearing back. Most recently I changed merchant services and it has been a nightmare. I was getting the run around and had to continuously follow up to find out the status of a very critical issue. I was told different every time I called. Actually, today I spoke to the manager who was to send me a form and once again I didn't receive anything. After mentioning that I was considering cancelling you would think there would have been a little more effort on customer service and it only got worst. Another thing, this survey would pop up every single time I logged in and that is pretty annoying. I would recommend changing that. I will let you know I am very passive and rarely complain but dealing with this most recent issue I have faced had really been a hassle and has left me very unhappy with your service. I wouldn't consider recommending your company to anyone. I hope someone that has an impact to make decisions and a difference reads this for the sake of your business.

While we are integrated with BluePay, it is not a common processor for us. Unfortunately, when BluePay changed their integration requirements they did not notify us. I spent several hours on the phone trying to get your issue resolved, but it was out of our control and I was not given the correct information without escalating the issue myself and waiting for a response. In response to you cancelling, I offered you special pricing and offered to help with your issues, had I known what other issues you were facing, I would have certainly helped to resolve them. Pros: the price and the ease of use

Cons: the fact that i cant make this a back door to my website

Overall: i havent really used it yet. i got it because it did more than mindbody and i got it for a better price i wanted to have it for when i did need to use it. the only thing i wish i could do was some how make this like a back door to my website

Comments: I've enjoyed using RhinoFit's gym management software so far. However, the app (RhinoFit 2.0) could use some updates to be more user-friendly. One major problem is that I (the gym owner) can't even use the app to see the workouts or record my workouts because I'm "not a member". So I don't really see what my athletes see when they use the app. We don't require members to make reservations for classes, so it's confusing for them to have to reserve a class just to record their WOD. Another common complaint from my members is that when they do record their WOD results, they're the only one's who can see it. Most of them want to share their results with the whole gym to make it easier to compare results between athletes who don't attend the same class times.

Comments: feeling a little lost with the available function...there should be some form of training available for newcomers...zen planner, for example, offers on line training and it is broken up into three 1 hour sessions...rhino fitt should consider doing the same...it helps newcomers like myself a great deal!

Comments: Constant complaints from customers on double charges. System constantly freezes and people end up clicking multiple times and getting charged multiple times. We can't accurately track inventory because the Add Order feature does not work. Charging someone for a simple one-item purchase it time consuming.

Comments: Would like to see how many and who have reserved classes. A leaderboard where you can follow others. The dayly wod should come up when you open the app.

Pros: customer service and the training that goes along with the system to make it easy

Cons: missing electronic contracts. not sure why any gym wouldn't need that!

Overall: So far I am very pleased with the product and service. There are a few things that I need that it doesn't currently have but they are looking into fixing that for me. Value for Money hands down the best on the market by far!!!

Recommendations to other buyers: add contracts, add secondary emergency contact line for import. other than that, i've been very pleased

Comments: My wife and I just purchased a Fitness center and for the first few months we operated off of spreadsheets and such. Pros: RhinoFit offers an array of features that make it easy to run a martial arts school. It is intuitive and easy to use. It is reasonably priced.

Cons: RhinoFit does not offer a branded app.

Overall: We're a school of traditional Japanese karate in Alexandria, VA and had used MindBody (MB) for five years before switching to RhinoFit in January 2017. We left MB because for two reasons. First, their monthly software and app fees (exclusive of credit card processing fees) to us increased from $ to $, yet in five years they did nothing to enhance the software features for martial arts clients. Second, as MB is extremely difficult to navigate, even experienced clients (like us) must call technical support weekly to receive guidance on how to utilize the software. Although through September 2016, waiting times for tech support were no longer than 12 or 15 minutes, thereafter, waiting times increased to between 30 and 90 minutes. Of course, we couldn't run our business under such conditions. So, we did a lot of research and concluded that RhinoFit would be best for us. After several weeks our conclusions are: (1) RhinoFit offers the powerful reporting capacity that we required, as well as WOD and other features that make running a martial arts business easier. (2) The transition to RhinoFit has been easy. We paid a $ fee for them to upload spreadsheets that we downloaded from MB. We had to manually input our students contracts and payment data, but RhinoFit does not lose points on this because we have found no software vendor that offers this service. (3) Our monthly fees to RhinoFit are less than 10 percent of what we used to pay MB. (4) Best of all, in these first weeks of using RhinoFit, there have been plenty of times when we didn't know how to use the software. After five years with MB, our natural inclination was to call tech support. However, we have found that we are able to figure out how to use RhinoFit on our own because its software is intuitive! (5) When we can't figure things out on our own and need to call RhinoFit, they pick up the phone after two or three rings between 9:00am and 5:00pm EST. No more waiting for a half hour, an hour or longer. In sum, in terms of ease of use, features and cost, we find it extremely hard to imagine any martial arts school choosing MB over RhinoFit. It's truly a no-brainer. Best of luck!

Recommendations to other buyers: Martial arts schools should give RhinoFit a serious look because it is powerful and offers great value.

Cons: No owner app or import to google calendar. So you have to log in on webpage to see schedule- that is shown out of order. Really annoying.

Overall: Not impressed with presentation of store. Looks like a 1998 HTML site. Even Square is more high tech. And no owner app? And no import to google calendar? This alone has me looking at other platforms already. Not owner friendly. I work off my phone or a tablet. Logging into a website is slow and cumbersome.

Recommendations to other buyers: You need a better way to view the schedule from a tablet or phone.

Comments: The app is horrible. You can't see the workout unless you hit reserve and attend the class??? There is no leaderboard. You can't put in custom benchmarks like 3RM or 5RM, etc. On the website or on the app, there should be a feature where members can 'sign-in' into the class or just easily type in their name and click attend, and then be able to submit their scores from there-- not only limited to hitting attend on the app and then submitting the score through your phone. If we have a computer in the gym setup, we want to be able to do all of the features in one place, not switch back and forth. I am comparing this product to other products in the market, ie btwb and wodify, etc. from a business standpoint or competitive standpoint, this product does not match the competitors.

We have actually just implemented unique features our competitors do not have. RhinoSign is an Integrated E-Signature Waiver System. We have custom reporting to add any custom fields to members. Pros: it has been easy to set-up and the value for the features available has been great.

Cons: the recurring class entry is a little bit "clunky" - in that when you want to just change the date of the first class in the series -- the time changes so instead of being able to just change the date and save you have to also go in and update the start and/or end time of the class -- it would be nice if the times stayed the same by default

Overall: We just started using RhinoFit and I've been pleasantly surprised with the ease of set-up as well as the functionality available at a great price. The customer support has been great as well.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would also wish that the members would have a way to sign-up for classes in bulk - rather than having to sign-up for each class one at a time.

Pros: It is fairly intuitive to use from the management end, it is priced appropriately, and I like the customer support.

Cons: There are a few glitches that need to be worked out. The reports need a little work.

Overall: There are a few glitches, but it seems like you guys are working it out over time. I think it is much easier to use than other software from our end. I'd like to see some different reports available. For example, I'd like to see who has signed up for courses over the last 72 hours other than through new bills because my manager normally processes those. I'd like to be able to see which teachers are drawing the largest numbers of students or bringing in the most money. (I'd really like to see how much money each teacher pulls in per month.) My clients have complained that the user-interface on their side is not as user-friendly as they'd like and apparently on iPhones the schedule does not adapt to the window size. But overall I am happy with the purchase and will continue to use your service. It has been reliable in terms of the financial transactions and the staff has been friendly and helpful. Thanks!

Recommendations to other buyers: When you click on a class to do a drop-in I wish it would let you select the customer profile from the database rather than typing in a name so that it populated into their profile. There is no time when people are coming in the door to look up each profile individually to add a drop-in and then go back and add them into that specific class.

Comments: Something that seems backwards is the lack of clients being able to see what the class/session is all about...currently it's set up for the trainers to see, which makes no sense? Pros: I like the functionality and the ease of use.

Cons: The service, and when I change class times, I lose the prior information in my reports. (move a class from 4:00 to 4:15, I either need to create a totally new class which is complicated, or it assumes that we have always had a class at 4:15.

Overall: For the most part, this is a basic program that helps run the gym. But don't expect a whole lot of help from the customer service staff. I have some glitches that are still not dealt with and I've been trying to get them fixed for the last 3 months. When we do talk, they aren't that zealous to try to help me out.

Pros: Navigation menu is on point.

Cons: Calendar is still a pain- Clients can't use Andriod Ap, Mobile site is cumbersome.

Overall: First the Bad: Reservations page is awful on iOS (so is the calendar), but PC version is ok. Taking 3 clicks to get to shortcuts are still cumbersome (think getting to your roster)
Definitely improved over 2014 version and still a better buy over other gym management software. Customer support is great when you have questions.

Pros: ease of use

Cons: I'd like a few more features that I've used on zenplanner like being able to group contacts by a tag- I have crossfit kids with my regular crossfitters and would like to be able to separate them to know my total number of just group 1 or group 2.

Overall: It's strait forward and simple to use. Keeps my billing simple and the couple times I've called to ask about something I got help very quickly. No problems and great staff/support.

Comments: Over all I am pleased with the software. It does what I need it to do for the most part. For the money I would say I am happy with what it does and what it allows me to do. However, there are some quirky things that kind of get under my skin a little. The wod view changed. Now I have to type in 2016 to view the wods I last used. I often have to review the week previous to program. Its doable, but just a hassle to not be able to view them by last used without searching. When creating a WOD the cursor sometimes bounces around especially when I use the back space to correct an error. Sometimes it will move the whole line up a line and cause me to type over what I just typed. Just a nuisance more than anything. There are some reports that I have a hard time understanding why they are not there. If I want to search people by start date, there is no report for that. I have to find another report that gives me an idea when they started, like payment history. That pulls up a bunch of other people I dont need to see. I have always been given a work around that works when I asked for help. That's all good, but the software needs some adjustments. As as a future enhancement, it would be great if the software allowed you to track spending and put it in different categories.

Comments: The software works and is mostly reliable. I am writing the review in order to see improvements with future updates. Overall the software is worth the money and the customer service is top notch. Here are my top items to fix:
-The Calendar View on the mobile site needs to show the entire time frame or allow you to cut it down. I don't need to see 2am. Also this could be arranged better with easier to see blocks of time.
- There is an error now after reloading and entering the password.
-The student tabs are hard to distinguish on the mobile site.
-The new email interface is small on both the traditional site and the mobile site.
- The mobile site calendar needs some enhancements to speed and rendering when adding students to attended.
- Student attending class portal should save the gym code and not require it again

Pros: It is inexpensive.

Cons: The biggest issue I have is in the creation of a membership, I can't have a person "join" on a date and have that membership end on a specific date. I have programs that work with the season and time of year. My "In-Season Player Development Program" for example will end at the end of February. Regardless when a member joins. The program should end and NOT Auto renew. But if I select NOT Auto renew, I don't get the monthly billing.

Overall: Their are functions that I have been asking for over a year that still seem to be a miss. If they are there, then the Customer Support is missing. I am not just whining about this. I have always felt that when I call, I am putting the person out.

Most recently I asked about having the ability to create a membership with a start and end date. I called customer support to see if the new RhinoFit did this. She did not know how it could be done and said she would call back and follow up. this was over a week ago and I have not heard anything.

I have asked if the platform could have a selection to pay a bill out of Credit. I have clients who will pay ahead of time and I put it in as a credit. Then I bill for a sessions or membership and have to manually reduce the amount and track it on a spreadsheet.

The ability to e-mail specific people is better, but we still can not create a special field and then e-mail just that distribution group, as far as I know.

I understand we get what we pay for. I have begun the process of looking into other systems since I am entering a slower time of my business. I have to consider the price point of a system that hits more of what we need. The cost of changing is high because of the time it will take. I would like this platform to be it and we keep using it. The problem is we don't get great customer support and the functions are limited when it comes time to creating memberships, sending targeted e-mails and tracking payments made.

Recommendations to other buyers: You have a platform with a lot of good data. I don't think it would be too much to allow for more flexibility to access the data and be more flexible in the creation of memberships, sending e-mails and tracking billing.

Comments: Quality product with limitless abilities to bill your members. Very valuable in giving your members a calendar that makes sense. Reports that show trends of your business make business ownership understandable and easy.

Comments: One of the issues is that the default when selecting who to email is to select everyone no matter what list you choose. You have to uncheck everyone you do not want to send the email to, (targeted emails). There should be an unselect all to facilitate ease of use.

Overall: system keeps billing my clients wrong, I call and no one will help me. They don't even apologize for screwing things up. I hate this company!

Hello Jamie, I am sorry that you experienced issues with RhinoFit. Last time we talked, we discovered that many of the issues you were experiencing were addressed with our release of RhinoFit 2.0. For Billing, the bills and payments are fully controllable to the gym owner. Every bill ran through RhinoFit is easily able to be modified by the gym owner. In addition, we recommend having an extra layer of control by having "Approve Bills" activated. Once you are certain that you have your memberships setup correctly, live billing is also an option. Cons: To complicated. To many tabs make day to day operations easier.

Overall: I thought 1.0 was way easier to navigate. Sure it looks nice and yes technology needs to keep moving ahead . However I feel like the usability got to complicated. Simple is better in my eyes. As an affiliate owner I now dread having to use the system. Where as the original I though was easy to guide through. I also feel that the customer service has really gone down hill. When there is a problem the responses are not super helpful. Also when the transition happened with 2.0 I believe that there should have been better communication. Sadly I am finding myself looking into different gym management software.

Recommendations to other buyers: Go back to 1.0 or at least be willing to help your cutormers who have questions with the new software.

Pros: Straight forward interface on the app helps our people find what they need quickly and efficiently.

Cons: Back end navigation and lack of ability to edit/customize certain fields (WOD feature in particular) is frustrating. Some of the automations that move members from Active to Trial have been a particular nuisance as well.

Overall: So far we are satisfied with RhinoFit. There are, as expected, a number of hiccups and things that we would like to see improved and/or added. However, even the frustrating items are mitigated because of the excellent customer support we have received from the very start. If RhinoFit can continue to improve and add/edit features based on user feedback they will have a very affordable, successful product on their hands that we would happily recommend and refer to the multitude of other gym and studio owners we work with.

Recommendations to other buyers: Allow the account administrators to add more than one WOD per day. We have a few vastly different small group classes we run every day with radically different WODs. It's a game-changer for us to be able to allow those participants to download and track just that WOD that matters to them.

Pros: Ease of use. Low price for new businesses.

Cons: Nothing that causes me to want to change systems or find a new company.

Overall: Bottom line - you get WAY more than you pay for with this app/service, which is absolutely $0 for the first 20 clients.. There willingness to let you try it FOR FREE up until 20 clients has allowed me to figure out how to automate many of the administrative tasks I was having to do by hand. We've integrated online payments, are starting to figure out to integrate the calendar and class scheduling with our pre-existing website, and I like the simplicity of the mobile app - sign up, mark attendance, post WODs. There are some functionalities within the mobile app that could make it a little more user friendly - larger pictures on the wall and the ability to manage some administrative tasks and the calendar via mobile but the online site works well enough from a mobile platform. Overall, I am very pleased with every interaction I've had with the company and it's customer support. I am not sure what has caused the negative reviews for other customers but in my experience, this is a good company that offers a viable product at a ridiculously inexpensive price.

Comments: RhinoFit 2.0 has made HUGE improvements over the original version. There are still a few glitches in the calendar and some improvements could be made in available reports and /or ability to categorize sales. It is a great value for the money and I am sure they will continue to improve the new version.

Cons: The list of issues is long , all I can say its not worth the trouble. CC data dumps, lost client data, uses some foreign country as default, imports get corrupted, clients side login unresponsive, calendars do not sync, they have bad support and little to no orientation, plus no support on set up , or in our situation they took the money didn't do the job we had to set all up after paying them. The interface on client side looks , feels and acts low tech and looks bad

Overall: Thought we were getting a nice backend here and it was nothing but alot of promise and no ability to deliver. From start charged us for a setup fee but never did it, then software is very buggy, adding symbols and digits on imported csv file formated in the way they suggest, They know it but do not address issue until its a mess. From there all down hill, payment information was lost many times, and they blamed the customer event thought we are able to show emails confirming account setup. These guys hear about pointing fingers at the customer instead of fixing issues. Calendars do not sync for you need to open up multiple to see what your gym doing, Trainers, group classes should all be able to see each other, App crashes as does web, and many clients unable to login, but again it was said by them our fault. even though Itunes and Play app stores report all the same issues we are seeing, and their 2.0 is a nice looking version that is just that , it is loaded with issues, so don't be sold on this . If Travis the original owner see this and how it was handled he would be highly disappointed. This really is Da Bomb as in bad

Recommendations to other buyers: Don't By Brian, John T or Paul's lies, they act like they care then wait for the email of blame they will send. Terrible company , really bad product,.

Unfortunately, there were some issues between RhinoFit and this customer that we attempted to resolve to no avail. An orientation is recommended for every customer and it was declined in this case. We did have to correct some of the account setup that was causing some issues. We do take responsibility for the features that were not working properly. We also upgraded since this client to RhinoFit 2.0 and have not had the issues described here. We have an import feature and the CSV file has to be correctly formatted. As for payments and information being lost, we are monitored and audited to be both NACHA and PCI compliant. In this case, there were a lot of communication issues and everything the client had issues with were resolved. In fact, we gave this client a 100% refund for all payments made to us.
