Overall experience has been very good! Great customer service and friendly people to work with!

Pros

The ease of scheduling customers and storing all information and attachments related to a customer. The ability to utilize texting and automation around several different features.

Cons

Not having an app that you can download from the app store. Having an easy to use app for the crews in the field would be very useful.

Be sure to check out our "CiO GO" offline app. Gives field crews a very clean made-for-mobile experience where they can see customer info, job details, notes, and attachments with zero wifi or data coverage. Let's them update job records, signoff on jobs, and add attachments anywhere. System auto-syncs when they drive back into a coverage area. Contact us for details or a visual of how it works!

Easy to use software, very organized....

Cons

When IMS updates information it doesn't sync to Cilio, and sometimes notes doesn't send to IMS or send it twice.

Great job. Great Support Staff

Pros

Great company to work with!!! Their support staff is awesome and have really helped us streamline our business from billing to sch. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get their construction business in line and keep everything in one place. They have a great staff West is one of the best in helping get you set up and being there for you when you need her. Also there is other support staff that are right there with her anytime I need anything or think of something they make it happen. I thank them for all that they do for John Evans Const and Design.

Really have nothing negative to say!! They have always been there for us when we need them

Everything from the ease of use to scheduling, to work flow, to customer care, this software makes our job easier. They have someone available during work hours who can help me at any time I need.

Cons

I use this in every aspect of my business and I really have not come across any cons.
