Pros: ease of use to close rooms down on all channels istant access to handy calander to plan your work load

Cons: nothing its a good channel manager and so user friendly

Overall: excellent software great support from our rep and the team always on hand to speak to

Comments: The system is very easy to learn. Clearly structured and easy even for people with lower computer skills. What I would like is to have the oppurtunity to produce more reports. Even that different users have different access levels (which is prepared for but not working). I would also like to have a clear overview of the day's bookings. How many nights are booked and how much revenue the bookings give.
