Pros I have been using Appointment Quest since 2008. Easy to set up. Easy to use. Super affordable Many versatile features, such as allowing multiple practitioner schedules, blocking out dates and times, allowing customers to make appointments if you want to do that, keeping track of past and future appointments and up-to-date customer information. I book my own appointments and do not have staff do that, because I need to know what is going on with someone when they are making their appointment to juggle things if it is an urgent situation, etc. I have hundreds of clients and having all of their contact data in one place and at my fingertips keeps things running smoothly and efficiently. When I am finishing up an appointment with a client, I love the 7-day planner for moving ahead to as many weeks out I want to see that person next, because it shows just how many appointments are already on each day. Appointment Quest, itself, is like having another full-time staff person. AND... the customer service from AQ is outstanding! Anytime I've had a question, I have heard back immediately. Cons I can't think of anything at all that I haven't liked. Reasons for choosing AppointmentQuest Again, I didn't look into alternative products, and I am now in my 13th year of using this product. The software is fast and keeps things organized. Pros I was extremely impressed with my experience with the AppointmentQuest software. The website is extremely fast for one which makes scheduling appointments online very easy and the software they provide makes the process extremely smooth. Not only is the software and the website fast, but so is the customer service they provide their customers. The AppointmentQuest team was able to answer my questions right away. When I contacted their customer support team, I was pleasantly surprised with the speed and efficiency that they were able to help me get my question answered, there was no time wasted. Overall, this program is top-quality and the best online appointment scheduler I’ve used, I would highly recommend giving it a try if you are in a business that needs an organized calendar. Cons Nothing to note so far. The free trial was excellent in helping me get a grasp of the product. Pros The features included everything we needed for our organization. If we presented a need, there was a feature available to address that need. Cons The interface is bulky and hard to use, both on the administrative end and on the user end. Patients liked that they could book anytime. Cons It fell apart this year. Each week and sometimes daily customers would show up that didn't have an appointment showing on the office schedule. Very stressful. Support responded in ways that we couldn't respond back. We finally heard from support only after we deleted our credit card information.
