Overall, it is easy to get a support. They've been very helpful and if things can't be resolved on a first call, they would always take ownership and in most case would get back within 24hrs. I'd like to also commend Len for doing an excellent job in helping me figure out how to upload a training video for our staff!

Pros

The platform itself is easy to use especially if you get to know it better. I think it has a lot of potential as a software. And it is cloud-based which makes it portable and easy to access anywhere.

Cons

Sometimes it may take a while to load some forms, I guess it's the data being a lot at the back-end and some editing stuff that can be hard to figure out. But support team has always been available during their regular working hours.

Pros

Staff is always accessible. They are always available for any questions. no matter the time someone is available.

Cons

I have some issues with documentation being saved, but it got taken care of very quickly. The IT team was quick to react to

My overall experience with AL Cloud Care is absolutely fantastic. Although I was nervous about transitioning from paper to electronic because I’m old school, I cannot say enough good things about how straightforward, efficient and reliable it is. I highly recommend it!

Pros

My favorite part about AL Cloud Care is that it’s very easy to work with and pretty straightforward. The communication is always great and every time I have an issue it gets resolved very quickly.

Cons

Some of the forms that I would’ve liked to see integrated in the system are not available such as fir example, the care plan. Having a care plan format/template already integrated would be very beneficial to the personnel using the software in the facility care setting.
