Pros: Ease of use for daily functions, such as check in/out, document keeping, incoming/outgoing faxes, reminder system proves very useful for us.

Cons: Since we have been using the software for over 13 year it seems that we are not up to date on ALL of the functionalities . That being said most of the modules that do get "setup" for us aren't thoroughly tested prior to us being trained/using the module. This creates a TON of hang up's for us creating more work/stress on our end.

I would like to start from the beginning to learn all of the options that are available. This would be best by being presented with the options that are available, explanations of them and examples of other real time users/offices experience with each module.

We tried the formulary module and that did not have useful information to report.

Please let us know what the best way to go about learning new modules/tips & tricks for quicker work flow. We need to be in contact with a team member that has the time to work with us, as it seems that when we are contact there is little time to spare.

Overall: The ability to keep electronic medical records in an organized fashion and visit note reporting that is easily customizable/user friendly.

We have had a rough time with the billing setup and the clearing house that was recommended to us by Meditab. This delay has caused delay in payments, frustration, etc.

Same issue with TelTech making a lot of mistakes/interrupting our work flow due to mistakes on their end, this was another company recommended by Meditab.

This software covers all our EMR needs for our large multi-location allergy practice.

Pros: Continual updates to reflect constant changes in software requirements, effective and timely support staff, and an account manager who is very attentive to our needs

Cons: can be complicated to learn but lots of tools to assist in this process that help make the learning curve easier to navigate
