"it worked very well for our need"

Overall: "The software was smooth and easy to work with, and the integrations were implemented seamlessly. As a small company with a compact team, it worked very well for our needs. We primarily used it for stock control across warehouses in different countries, rather than for reporting purposes. The customer support was excellent—very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend it."

"Gave Us Functionality Noone Else Good"

Overall: We used Qoblex for over four years for our e-commerce gift box company. We tried countless other inventory management programs to simultaneously track and sell individual components of our gift boxes, alongside tracking the inventory of the gift boxes themselves. Qoblex was the only place that could do what we were asking. Additionally, their customer service has always been super responsive and quick. In the early years, they even added functionality to meet our needs whenever I ran into roadblocks. [sensitive content hidden] and his team have been an absolute pleasure to work with.

Pros: Ability to sync stock counts live on Shopify as individual components and whole gift boxes. Essentially, our favorite feature was how"Bundles" works.

Cons: There were occasional bugs, or times when fulfilled orders did no clear and tied up allocated inventory.

"Amazing Product and support"

Pros: How it integrated with Xero and the Purchase order function

Cons: Didn't have a barcode scanner to make it easier to change stock levels for the team on the floor

The mobile apps we recently released allow you to run stocktakes using an off-the-shelf smartphone (iPhone, Android) so you don't need to purchase a special handheld device. "Fantastic"

Overall: So so so many less headaches!

Pros: Stock and Buy sorts out some of the fundamental issues on shopify, namely that inventory management doesn't track cost and the PO module of Shopify is very basic. It's also the only sensible software for integration with Xero, a major feat considering the other players in the inventory management category

Cons: Some minor features are missing but luckily these guys are the most responsive developers out of any app we use.

" Reliable platform solution "

Pros: It is very user friendly and one gets to know the functioning of the platform very quickly. The service is outstanding and there is always very prompt assistance when you need it.

Cons: Sometimes there are a few 'glitches' between Shopify and Stock & Buy syncing but this is a rare occurrence and not anything that can't be rectified very speedily.
