Realtor Real Estate Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Surething" February 16, 2019 4.0 Suremileage is an excellent tool for anybody on the go... good value and technology Pros The accuracy is spot on and keeps tracks of everything I need it to when I need it. It thinks for me and makes life a bit easier since I'm always on the road. Cons I didn't like that there is so much competition out there for similar products and sites. November 17, 2019 5.0 By having this program as a phone app, it was really easy to input my trips as soon as I completed them, which kept me from forgetting to do them later. Pros Every day I travelled to different schools for their school picture days, and SureMileage was a really easy way for me to list my mileage expenses. I never had to calculate things myself; I just had to tell the program where I went, why I went there, and whether it was a round-trip travel expense. Each entry just took a few seconds! Cons As a user, I have found it slightly frustrating not to have the option of inputting an address that is not already listed in the address book provided by my company. Regarding the ability to add addresses, that is a client setting and many of our clients prefer to manage that process through a centralized address book so other users can access similar locations. March 8, 2018 4.0 Ease of use and great looking reports once information is completed. Pros That it offers easy alternatives that you wouldn't have thought of when entering travel information for example, most employers require that you submit a summary of your travels in addition to just a travel itinerary. This software allows for that. Cons You can search through the list of various selections for your specific travels, however the lists should be consistently updated to avoid having to submit "Other". On the other hand this could possibly be an internal function rather than a software function... not quite sure! Review Source CC Crystal C. Admin. Pros I use this for work and love it. It is user friendly and customizable. The support team is very responsive as well. Cons The only con I have is that every expense either must have a memo or none can have a memo. I would like for this to be customizable as well. In addition to the initial set-up, the system requires maintaining patient addresses, facility locations, and employee addresses. This becomes routine after going thru a few process cycles. Our estimated savings has more than covered the cost of the software service. Pros Saves time and $ Cons Sometimes there are delays in processing, which could affect internal deadlines. February 22, 2016 5.0 Makes mileage reimbursement calculation a smooth process, once everything is set-up properly. The available reports are helpful for analyzing mileage expense. Expected the mileage reimbursement savings to be a bit higher than advertised, but that would depend on how honest the field staff was when they were calculating mileage on their own. Cons The price is a little steep, but I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for and this software is pretty amazing.
