Pros I liked the fact that it provides insights from multiple online sources in one place, which helps in understanding the bigger picture and getting an overall view of the conversations. It is also very easy to use, which makes it ideal for both beginners and advanced users. Furthermore, the real-time analytics feature is quite impressive as it provides up-to-date insights about the conversations. Cons I wasn’t very impressed by the lack of features such as sentiment analysis and hashtag tracking. Sentiment analysis is one of the primary features of the platform. Furthermore, a keyword you can enter into the platform can be anything, a brand's name, a product, a competitor's name/product, a public figure's name, a hashtag, a topic, etc. We'd be happy to contact us and show you how to enter a hashtag as a keyword and how to view your sentiment analysis.
