Cons I wasn’t very impressed by the lack of features such as sentiment analysis and hashtag tracking. These features are quite important for understanding the sentiment of the conversations and analysing the effectiveness of campaigns using hashtags. I would like to let you know that the platform supports sentiment analysis (in every language!) and it is available in trial accounts and of course in every subscription plan. Sentiment analysis is one of the primary features of the platform. Furthermore, a keyword you can enter into the platform can be anything, a brand's name, a product, a competitor's name/product, a public figure's name, a hashtag, a topic, etc. We'd be happy to contact us and show you how to enter a hashtag as a keyword and how to view your sentiment analysis.
