Ottima esperienza sia lato progettzione e delivery che assistenza post vendita per l’implementazione di soluzioni di identificazione e firma elettronica. Nello specifico abbiamo integrato la loro piattaforma in diversi progetti di digitalizzazione dei processi con firme elettroniche semplici, avanzate e qualificate con anche l’ausilio di loro personale certificato. 5 stelle alla competitività e scalabilità della piattaforma.

Ho avuto modo di vederli al lavoro, un team che non vuole vendere il solito progetto IT “chiavi in mano” con sviluppi ed integrazioni software, ma studiano programmi di crescita del business del cliente/partner, con impatti minimi per partire e attenzione massima nel tempo per fare in modo che le cose accadano e continuino a migliorare. Sai sempre con chi parli, persone vere e sempre disponibili.

Pros

Toc Toc e’ una soluzione straordinaria sviluppata e gestita da un Team molto forte e focalizzato sulla trasformazione digitale vera, all-inclusive o modulare, dalle pmi alle grandi aziende. C'e' tutto quello che serve: Engagement del cliente full digital o Ibrido (on+offline), riconoscimento, firma digitale, conservazione: tutto a prova di "compliance" e con le certificazioni necessarie.

Cons

non ho rilevato inconvenienti, solo qualche necessità aggiuntiva che non avevamo previsto, prontamente gestita dalle persone di Toc Toc a costo zero.

L'esperienza generale è comunque ottima ma sono sicuramente necessari nuovi sviluppi per andare incontro alle esigenze sempre più cangianti di questo mercato.

Pros

Reputo il servizio davvero ottimo: facile da utilizzare e configurare ad un prezzo più che concorrenziale. Inoltre il servizio Clienti è sempre pronto a dare feedback ad ogni tipo di esigenza.

Cons

Effettivamente ci sono alcune mancanze soprattutto lato personalizzazione grafica e nei testi predefiniti.
