Interface is very simple and learning curve to master this as an HR and management tool is short. Pros It's an all in one HR system. Time tracking is made easy and less steps navigating from one screen to another compared to using Work Day or AllSec. Cons The Sprout I used had certain features disabled. More comprehensive raw data could be made available for custom reports.
