Approving from my email is very prone to missing out on a notification.
There are also times I've logged out via the website and it seems to have glitched and didn't record my logging out the day prior. Not being able to track my team's attendance is a pain.
It usec to show if I have no logs (time in or out)for a specific day. Now I have to click on this tool so I can see my missing logs.
There are times there are some maintenance that we miss our time in/out.

Overall: Great product. Not-so-great after-sales support.
Pros: Great product. Gives me 99% of what I need.
Cons: For the 1% that doesn't work out of the box, it is impossible to get proper support. The onboarding team passed me to the account manager who then passed me to the product team. I don't expect you to do a major code change for my isolated request, but I can't even get a single proper explanation of how OT and holiday premium is calculated and whether or not I can set the working hours per day to greater than 9.
