Pros Teach ’n Go have been excellent to work with. Their response times are extremely fast, and they have shown a genuine interest in listening to feedback and improving the platform. Cons Teach ’n Go is still a growing platform, some areas can feel a little unfinished at times. It is a great app for school managers, teachers, students, and parents. The support team is always willing to help and does their best to resolve any issues. Throughout the years, there have been multiple upgrades based on our feedback. They keep evolving and getting better and better. I can keep records of everything related to my school: active students, contact details, payments and receipts, timetables, homework, performance, and so much more. Overall, I cannot imagine working without Teach 'n Go. For me, it is an essential tool. I highly recommend it — it makes everything so much easier. Pros It is user-friendly and constantly adds new features. I love the School Management and Payments sections, as you can upload everything related to your school in one software, eliminating the need for hard copies. As for payments, you can track the exact amount you have earned as well as your projected income. Cons I don't think there are negative aspects. They are true professionals. A minor detail regarding the mobile app: when I want to email the receipt, the email button is sometimes on the same place of the AI agent button; so, instead of emailing something, I end up texting to the AI agent. We are learning every day, how we can use the system better. Pros Teach n Go is easy to use and provides a secure and bespoke repository for our student data on a modest budget. It allows us to communicate better within the team and with our students. Cons Integration with external applications e.g. Whatsapp and Outlook would be useful and formatting functionality is limited within the fields. Before tng we didn’t have a simple way to communicate with our students. Now we can do this quickly and effectively, but we can do so much more! I’d highly recommend TnG to anyone looking for a way to communicate with students. Pros TnG helps us manage our interactions with over 400 students on a weekly basis. The team are always helpful and available for support and often consider our specific needs and customise the platform to help us make the most of the platform. Cons Sometimes we need certain things from the platform and the tng team can’t always accommodate these needs. However, the team always try to help and we usually find a way around it! Overall, we are satisfied with the platform, it covers our administrative requests. Pros For me, the biggest advantage of the system is the constant support of the developers. \[sensitive content hidden\] is in touch and helps to resolve requests, even if they are very personalized. The platform also provides all the functions we need - employee accounts, student accounts, general schedule. I highly recommend it. Cons The changes and improvements that were recently introduced and which were cited as the reason for the price increase were personally incomprehensible to me. The interface feels quite natural and easy to use. They are constantly working on improving things and adding new options and features. Cons Some features, like breaks for example, are harder to implement for our school, but that is mostly because we have very specific rules when it comes to that.
