### "Handles every edge case a real language school face"

August 18, 2026

5.0

Pros

The flexibility. A language school like ours is made of exceptions: short intensive courses and year-long programmes, fixed timetables and flexible ones, online classes and in-person groups, private lessons alongside groups. Teach 'n Go handles all of it without workarounds. it's all there. That's the thing most systems get wrong, and it's the reason we stopped looking elsewhere. The team has also built on-demand developments for us when we needed something the standard product didn't cover.

Cons

With this much flexibility there's naturally a lot to configure at the start, but the setup pays for itself quickly. The team has also built on-demand developments for us when we needed something the standard product didn't cover.

### "Solid software for schools, supported by a team that genuinely listens"

April 30, 2026

5.0

We use Teach'n Go to manage all of our online lessons 7 days a week – several thousand a month, across hundreds of students and dozens of teachers. At that scale, what matters most is that things work consistently and that the platform doesn't create extra problems, and on that front it has held up well for us. It covers many of the core operational needs of running a school, and it is approachable enough that staff, teachers and students who are not particularly tech-oriented can use it without much friction. The other thing worth saying is that the experience has improved noticeably over the years we have been using it. Things that were rough early on are smoother now, and the team is clearly paying attention. For a school of our size, that progression matters as much as the available feature list.

Pros

The thing that stands out most for us is the team behind Teach'n Go. Their support is fast, actually helpful and solution-oriented, and we particularly value that user feedback is taken seriously and reflected in the platform's ongoing development. Improvements and updates address many real operational needs that schools face day to day. The platform itself is solid and intuitive across to use all user roles: administrators, teachers and students. There are plenty of features, but it does not feel cluttered, which matters when onboarding staff and teachers with varying levels of technical confidence. We are an online language school working with students and teachers in several countries, and we have been using Teach'n Go for a few years now. Over that time the platform has improved noticeably, and the team's willingness to listen and keep refining things has stayed consistent throughout.

Cons

A few features can be inconsistent at times or require small manual workarounds (like lesson link handling and the occasional interface bug). To their credit, operational issues are addressed promptly whenever raised, and the development team is very responsive about it. Teach'n Go is built to serve both in-person and online schools, which is useful, but it does mean that some workflows for fully online schools, particularly those running a high volume of private and group lessons, are not as smooth as they could be. A few recurring tasks still require more manual handling than is ideal (like personal online lesson links assigned to a teacher do not transfer with that teacher when reassignments or substitutions occur or a new class is created with the teacher), leading to additional admin work. We have raised this with the team and hope it can be revisited in due course. The recent UI update brought a number of useful new features, though some smaller details like formatting, layout positioning, column widths took a step back along the way. The team has been generally good about fixing these as we report them.

### "A comprehensive School management system"

August 7, 2026

3.0

It has a great UI and help administration, teachers and students share a single point of truth. It's also accessible with a mobile phone (a big plus)

Pros

The quality of the technical support. They are fast, reliable and welcoming, we never have to wait too long for debugging. I also like that we can export data from Teach 'n go for dedicated analysis. All of this come with a competitive price in correlation with the size of a school (number of students).

Cons

The fact one can not modify Teach 'n Go through it's API. For instance adding new classes/lessons/students, or modifying existing data (it's hard to change the level of students when they are numerous). The user interface lack some fun feature like removing a group of selected courses through a specific filter.

### "Easy to Use, Secure, and Backed by an Amazing Support Team"

April 2, 2026

5.0

We have had a very positive experience using Teach ‘n Go. It is an awesome and powerful Student Information System that has helped us manage and grow our program effectively. We currently have almost 2,000 active students, 36 teachers, and delivered more than 100 classes last year, and the platform has handled all of this very well. One of the best things about Teach ‘n Go is the support team. From the beginning, they have been with us every step of the way. Their technical support is responsive, helpful, and truly cares about our success. This made the implementation process smooth and gave us confidence in using the system. Overall, we highly recommend Teach ‘n Go to any organization looking for a reliable and effective student management system with excellent support.

Pros

Value for Money: Teach ‘n Go offers excellent value for the money. The features and support you receive are more than worth the cost. Learning Curve: The system is easy to learn, and the Teach ‘n Go team helps make the onboarding process fast and simple. Security: We feel confident using the platform because it provides robust security for our data. Student Management: Managing students is very easy and intuitive. The system is clear, well organized, and easy to understand.

Cons

No connectivity with WhatsApp yet SMS communication option is dated School Reports are limited Attendance to class needs a tune up

### "User-friendly, affordable, highly recommended."

May 15, 2026

5.0

The program is affordable, and it offers many features that help to streamline our academy. It is straightforward to use. They are always open to hearing from their clients to roll out additional features that help support our schools.

Pros

It is user-friendly and easy to set up. Flexible and affordable. Their support is consistent, and the platform is always adding new features.

Cons

Small technical glitches can become a nuisance at times; however, with all technical platforms, this is inevitable, and it does get fixed quickly.

### "6 Years In and Still Going Strong"

May 21, 2026

5.0

I have been using Teach 'n Go for 6 years. It is a great app for school managers, teachers, students, and parents. The support team is always willing to help and does their best to resolve any issues. Throughout the years, there have been multiple upgrades based on our feedback. They keep evolving and getting better and better. I can keep records of everything related to my school: active students, contact details, payments and receipts, timetables, homework, performance, and so much more. Overall, I cannot imagine working without Teach 'n Go. For me, it is an essential tool. I highly recommend it — it makes everything so much easier.

Pros

It is user-friendly and constantly adds new features. I love the School Management and Payments sections, as you can upload everything related to your school in one software, eliminating the need for hard copies. As for payments, you can track the exact amount you have earned as well as your projected income.

Cons

I don't think there are negative aspects. They are true professionals. A minor detail regarding the mobile app: when I want to email the receipt, the email button is sometimes on the same place of the AI agent button; so, instead of emailing something, I end up texting to the AI agent.

### "Intuitive and Helpful Tool for School Management"

May 22, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Teach ’n Go has been very positive. It is easy to use, reliable, and helps me manage the school more efficiently. I appreciate having key information about students, classes, attendance, communication, and payments in one place. It saves time and gives me a better overview of the daily operations. The team is also very helpful and responsive whenever support is needed.

Pros

What I liked most about Teach ’n Go is that it is very intuitive and easy to use. It has most of the features that both teachers and school management need in one place, which makes daily work much smoother. Especially for someone juggling many different roles, it is a great tool because it helps you stay organized and quickly see where everyone is at, from students and classes to attendance, schedules, communication, and payments. I also like that it gives a clear overview of outstanding payments and financial information without feeling too complicated, which saves time and makes it easier to manage the school more confidently.

Cons

What I liked least is that the phone user experience is not as smooth as on desktop. It can be less convenient when trying to quickly check or update something on the go.

### "A Platform That Has Truely Transformed How We Work"

May 25, 2026

4.0

Teach ’n Go has made a real difference to how we work as an organisation. It has helped us move away from separate Excel spreadsheets stored across SharePoint and brought everything into one shared, central platform. Having that unified view has made day-to-day work much easier to manage, improved visibility across teams, and given us a much clearer way to keep on top of the information we rely on.

Pros

Teach ’n Go have been excellent to work with. Their response times are extremely fast, and they have shown a genuine interest in listening to feedback and improving the platform. It is clear they are passionate about building features that make a real difference for their users, and they have been very open and responsive to suggested improvements.

Cons

Teach ’n Go is still a growing platform, some areas can feel a little unfinished at times. Certain updates or new features may need further refinement after release, and there can occasionally be small knock-on issues that were not fully accounted for. For example, the export feature could be improved, as headings are not currently included in exports, and dark mode still has some light elements that need tidying up.

### "Excellent Platform & Support for Educational Institutions"

May 28, 2026

5.0

Our overall experience with Teach n Go has been very positive. The platform has helped us organize many parts of our operations more efficiently, and we can see the strong long-term potential of the system. What makes the experience even better is the dedication of the team and their willingness to support clients and continue developing the platform. We are excited to continue using Teach n Go as part of our college operations.

Pros

Teach n Go provides an excellent and professional platform for managing educational institutions. The interface is modern, easy to use, and helps simplify daily operations such as student management, attendance, scheduling, invoicing, and communication. The team behind the system, especially \[sensitive content hidden\] , has been supportive and continuously working on improvements and new features.

Cons

Like any growing platform, there are still a few areas that can be improved and optimized further. However, the team is responsive, listens to feedback seriously, and works hard to improve the overall experience.

### "Teaching Made Easy & Transparent"

April 28, 2026

5.0

Our experience with TeachNGo has been excellent. Working with students and parents from different Asian countries can be challenging, as they often require detailed and transparent monitoring of student performance and attendance. This platform has helped us meet those expectations effectively and has greatly improved our overall management

Pros

Using TeachNGo has significantly improved how I manage my school. Teachers can easily track their classes, while parents gain more confidence in our program because they can monitor their child’s progress and homework anytime. This transparency has helped us build stronger trust with our students and families.

Cons

There is nothing I didn’t like about it. Everything is easy to use and very user-friendly. I just wish there were a calendar feature that could automatically display the number of classes taken and the specific dates, which could then be easily shared with students.

### "First time US user"

December 16, 2024

5.0

I am glad we found the platform, we wnt through many different services and Tach n Go had the best features and value.

Pros

The simplicity makes the platform easy to set up and manage. The student management is logical and customer service is very responsive.

Cons

It would be nice to make reporting easier with the ability to customize more with the gradebook. As a US based user, the SMS features are limited and puchasing credits is a manual request.

### "TeachNGo"

March 30, 2023

5.0

So far it has been great. Students are using it well, teachers and Admins too. The team at teachngo have been very helpful with explanations needed and issues are resolved very quickly.Highly recommend them.

Pros

\-The one of the great things about TeachnGo is its ease of use. Having recently implemented teachngo into our language school, I have very little had to explain how to do anything to anyone. It is very intuitive and simple. You can access classes, students and teacher accounts and profile from lots of different areas which make it easy to navigate through.-Being able to have multiple teachers teaching different lessons from the same class. This is a feature that does not seem to be available in other software by design. - You are able to really customize the calendar view to see multiple students, teachers schedules at once.-The booking system. You are able to create private lesson bookings which fit around the already created classes. These students are able to book themselves from their student portals.

Cons

\- More customisable analytics in the reports section.- The ability to set price by lesson rather than hour.

### "A start to a long and happy relationship. "

June 12, 2020

5.0

We wanted a solid system for a client database, attendance records, materials access for students and parental access for billing. Whilst we had some issues at the start, overall I have to say the support team were excellent and the response time too. They engaged with us from the start helping to accomodate our needs and resolving issue quickly and with a smile.

Pros

The ease of use and the simplicity of the set up was very appealing. The system is well tailored to larger and small educational facilities and allowed for quick updating of students parents and staff. Adding or amending people and courses was easily done and the fact we can store details of ex clients was also a top priority. We liked being able to have flexibility over privacy between staff and/or parents. The login process was simple and most clients used the system without difficulty - a bonus considering they are not mother tongue.

Cons

The billing section is the least intuitive aspect. The system does not allow for variations in pricing and changes person to person for cost vat or other sundries within the same course. Additionally the software should be able to note that where a date has no entries for attendance or lack of ,that lesson should not be included in the number of hours taught. Often we keep the date to show a paid for holiday but with zero attendance. Perhaps that could be an option for us to choose. With the surge in online lessons due to covid.19 we were sorry not to have an intergrated online teaching platform to use with TnG. It meant clients have 2 codes and having to access lesson material from this site after a lesson from a different site. Finally not being able to have attachments in the email was another problem for us as we often send documents to clients.

Reason for choosing Teach n Go

I chose TnG because it included everything we needed not just attendance tracking. It meant having one system to do everything. We were able to have a good cost for a small school. We could adapt various features and add content to our specific needs. I could access everything on one site. Perfect for a busy school adminstrator.

### "The platform you need for your school !"

April 26, 2023

5.0

Pros

It's very easy to use. It gives a good overall view of all the classes. It is very useful to be able to put documents on each student's profiles. It's also very easy to issue documents and receipts.

Cons

It would be great to create a functionality for host families. When a student has holidays scheduled and moved up to another level/class, the platform doesn't make the changes automatically and the student's attendance is then impacted.

We are building an online school with the TeachnGo platform at the core of managing it. It's perfect for what we need.

Pros

The ease of use, the fast, personal attendance from the TeachnGo team, the willingness of the team who make it to make adjustments, the price.

Cons

Nothing. It does what it says it will do .. and it does it well and at an affordable price, with good service from their team.

### "A fantastic platform to manage our school"

December 20, 2022

4.0

after 1 year and 2 months of using this platform, I am really happy with it. I have to confess that we tried to look for another platform, for instance which could generate certificates after a course, but we didn't find any other better than Teach n Go. Everything ist very easy and simple to use.

Pros

The planification calendar is one of the most used and critical feature for us. It is very easy to create classes, add students, and modify almost everything (teacher, schedule...). As a language school its very visual to set colors to the classes.

Cons

The only negative thing is that when a class is already created, you cannot change the URL Link to the online class. I have to create a new class with same description, teachers and students and after that be careful I erase the correct one. I don't understand why there is not this option.

### "Comprehensive solution for small and medium - size course providers"

January 13, 2021

5.0

Overall I am very happy with Teach N Go, despite some initial woes. We now rely on it entirely for day to day class management, recording attendance, payments, issuing receipts and invoices. The technical support is second to none: prompt, efficient and friendly.

Pros

We use Teach N Go for daily class management (lesson schedules, class notes, homework details) as well as payment records and invoicing. It is simple to use. Both the online desktop version and mobile app are available. The cost is reasonable. The payments overdue section is the lifesaver. An option to text students is there too and we use it frequently.

Cons

Out of the box Teach N Go appears to be designed for part-time classes and not for full-time courses or any classes with ongoing enrollment. Our school offers both part-time and full-time classes so several modifications had to be introduced, which took us more time than expected. Also some secondary features could be developed further.

Reason for choosing Teach n Go

Cost and better UI in terms of the language use. The alternative product from Langlion has overall more features and a modular structure but it comes from abroad and the English language used throughout the interface is just not perfect. It is a more established product, too, and it was our first preference but we have decided to give Teach N Go a try and we do not regret it.

### "Easy to use with great customer support"

Pros

It's simple to use once you get going. The best thing is the customer support. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been really supportive and listens to how we need to use the product and makes changes to help us get the best out of Teach n Go.

Cons

Some of the things we thought we would be able to use, e.g. notifying parents with messages haven't been available but whenever we raise an issue, one of the team advise us how we can make this work in the future.

Reason for choosing Teach n Go

Price, customer support provided initially gave us faith that this was a good team to go with.

### "Impossible to find a better alternative"

July 27, 2022

5.0

There are hard to find any alternatives to Teach n Go. With their competitive pricing and all the functions, it's our go-to platform for organising our language training within our organisation. Customer support is great as they respond very fast and are willing to introduce improvements.

Pros

All great things: competitive pricing, creating groups, getting students to the platform, keeping track of attendance and most importantly having access to API to connect Teach n Go to our Power BI.

Cons

Our students don't use it as often as we would like them too. Perhaps it's our own fault but it's a bit tough to keep their interest. Perhaps the platform could think about introducing methods for admins to help us engage users more.

### "Simple and easy to use piece of software"

November 11, 2020

4.0

The Teach and Go team have been always very approachable and supportive. They have listened to our needs and work hard to adapt parts of the software to our requests. They are also always available in the chat to solve any issues that come up on the daily work.

Pros

It is very easy and straight forward to use. Very intuitive and simple. Courses and students records are now centralised and easy to create and access.

Cons

As in any "off the self" product, there are functions that are missing and would be helpful to have. Among those, I would include better records for Academic progress/test scores and easier and more flexible way to pull reports about different aspects of the courses. And overview of course's lengths will also be quite useful.
