It is a great app for school managers, teachers, students, and parents. The support team is always willing to help and does their best to resolve any issues. Throughout the years, there have been multiple upgrades based on our feedback. They keep evolving and getting better and better. I can keep records of everything related to my school: active students, contact details, payments and receipts, timetables, homework, performance, and so much more. Overall, I cannot imagine working without Teach 'n Go. For me, it is an essential tool. I highly recommend it — it makes everything so much easier. Pros It is user-friendly and constantly adds new features. I love the School Management and Payments sections, as you can upload everything related to your school in one software, eliminating the need for hard copies. As for payments, you can track the exact amount you have earned as well as your projected income. Cons I don't think there are negative aspects. They are true professionals. A minor detail regarding the mobile app: when I want to email the receipt, the email button is sometimes on the same place of the AI agent button; so, instead of emailing something, I end up texting to the AI agent. It is an awesome and powerful Student Information System that has helped us manage and grow our program effectively. We currently have almost 2,000 active students, 36 teachers, and delivered more than 100 classes last year, and the platform has handled all of this very well. From our learners' perspective, there are a lot of issue while using it. Pros We really like to clarity and intuitiveness of this platform. From the admin side, it includes all the essential features we need: calendar (for each teacher, for all teachers), attendance tracking, the possibility to email students, reward them, the possibility to attach worksheets to each lesson, etc. Cons Students usually don't receive invitations from the platform (we need to download the instruction in pdf and send it separately via email as Invite to the Portal button does not work). Learners have a lot of issues while logging in to Teach n Go. Once you delete Student's account and then, you need to create an account for the same student, we need to reach out to Teach n Go support to delete the previously stored data on the given email address to reactive the account. At that scale, what matters most is that things work consistently and that the platform doesn't create extra problems, and on that front it has held up well for us. It covers many of the core operational needs of running a school, and it is approachable enough that staff, teachers and students who are not particularly tech-oriented can use it without much friction. The other thing worth saying is that the experience has improved noticeably over the years we have been using it. Things that were rough early on are smoother now, and the team is clearly paying attention. For a school of our size, that progression matters as much as the available feature list. We are an online language school working with students and teachers in several countries, and we have been using Teach'n Go for a few years now. Over that time the platform has improved noticeably, and the team's willingness to listen and keep refining things has stayed consistent throughout. Pros I am thoroughly satisfied with Teach n Go and it came to Learning Legends at the perfect timing when we were scaling and improving our student management system and finding a solution of connecting students & teachers to lessons in the most easiest and efficient way. I really appreciate that there is a clear and simple student management system that can be shared with teachers easily so they can learn about their students. The classes and calendar are clear and easy to use to set up and manage, I can select individual calendars for both teachers and students which is extremely helpful. I appreciate that students can connect to Teach n Go with a simple username and password and they don't need to set up email accounts or deal with any complicated security formalities.The tech support for Teach n Go are incredible and we are so grateful and appreciate the support and willingness to work and improve their system based on our unique needs. Any issue or upgrade that we have needed that have been extremely responsive, quick and open to helping, and updating their system to meet our needs. Cons The features that would help my company to improve is a customizable reporting system & making student notes with a calendar feature & teacher selection feature, so we can choose the date of the note or chose the teacher who wrote the note. I would also appreciate more features for class management added to the calendar - timezone selection, canceling or making changes to future lessons, changing classroom link, changing the color of a single lesson. For the management of classes - To be able to add future lessons as multiple days and reoccurring lessons, instead of having to make a whole new class. A problem we have experienced that effects our classes and connecting students and teachers to classes on time, is when Zoom upgrades it can mess with the system. It's very simple to navigate and the tools and information are cleanly presented. The customer service is amazing. Cons The only downside is the need to have a secondary accounting system to use in conjunction with Teach n Go. It would be amazing if Teach n Go could offer an accounting system or double-entry bookkeeping, or have some kind of tie-in with a company like Xero or Quickbooks etc. Then it really would be everything under one roof. We have saved ourselves time and this is just the beginning of using it. Pros This is a wonderful tool for schools for tracking down all processes and data that are part of the the running of a school. As a Language Center, we are just starting to put this tool into full mode, and it is very user-friendly, effective, and efficient. Cons The only drawback for us is the fact that we only record the payments of students but not the expenses of the school, which means that we have to use it in conjunction with our existing accounting system.
