It’s a powerful tool for managing various communication campaigns, though it takes a bit of time to get used to. Once set up, it reliably helps reach and engage large audiences efficiently.

Pros

What I liked most about CallHub is its versatility.the platform makes it easy to launch and manage outreach campaigns at scale all in one place.

Cons

What I liked least about CallHub is that the user interface can sometimes feel a bit clunky, especially when managing large campaigns. It takes some time to get fully comfortable navigating all the features smoothly.

One of the reasons why we continue to use CallHub is the flexibility to scale up and down as needed. The features CallHub provides to you are generally considered premium features on other calling systems

Pros

Compared to Callhub to other available calling system on the market, Callhub has a lot of features for a reasonable cost. it also doesn't lock you into the seats/licenses. This allows you to scale up and down as needed.

Cons

The analytics and reporting still need improvement. It is still very much designed for a B2C type of campaigns. There are limitations for B2B campaigns.

Pros

had a great timing using it works great and had a lot of fun doing it. Once you get the hand of it. Very simple

Cons

customer services can be a little better but they work with you. The times you can reach them changed a few times

It was glitchy and kicked people out of the website often while hosting our phone banks. Audio issues happened daily with multiple issues and were hard to predict. It works a little better though the browser. We also didn't have the best customer service. Overall it was disappointing compared to the competitors with most features, looking forward to seeing how it grows.

Pros

The transfer call feature is very beneficial to the organizing community.

Cons

The audio issues tend to make me go for another dialer more often, my team needs all the chances they can get. When you are able to get someone willing to talk to you, and you lose them though a website issue, it can tank the ability to reach our deliverables.

Pros

Reliability of the functionality along with the prompt response I receive whenever I have learning or technology questions.

Cons

Learning curve was challenging in the beginning. The diversity of the product requires user committment to learn the applications available.

easy to use, simple for admin and agents no need to pay monthly fee per agent spamshield

Cons

poor logic--many aspects make no sense such as someone texting to the callerid # they see and my agents will never see those inbound text messages. Many aspects like that which make no sense and undermine effectiveness of our call center campaigns Cost is too high

It's been great so far, my account manager is very helpful and I appreciate the personal attention to our account.

Pros

great interface, pretty user friendly. LOTS of applications you could run an entire organizing operation out of it. very cool

Cons

Takes too long to autosend messages, only 45 mms per minute. Good for small elections but not good for congressional, countywide or statewide.

More options, better applications. The relational organizing interface is a gamechangers for us.

It’s been ok. I’ve gotten used to it now.

Pros

It is cost friendly and I don’t have to lock into a contract, which is helpful because I use it for a nonprofit to send out reminders.

Cons

It was a bit hard to figure out at first, but now it’s better. There’s also no mobile option. I was able to use my phone at first, but then it stopped letting me do that.

I would estimate that of about 1200 calls I made during the campaign over several shifts, I reached about 100 people in person. Of these, about one third had moved out of the riding (while keeping their phone numbers). About one-third were supporters. I hope I was able to encourage a few to vote for \[sensitive content hidden\].

Pros

No need to dial calls. Information provided about called person was a good starting point.

Cons

The databases are out of date. Most calls are "failed" or "no answer".

When editing a script, the pop up window is very small. It would be nice to be able to make it bigger.

Positive and very reliable. We have depended on it for mission critical events and it hasn't let us down.

Pros

Intuitive user interface, easy sign up process. Reliable when making phone calls and sending text messages; gives you immediate interactive feedback as the campaign goes, so we are no longer left in the dark for any errors.

Cons

Number process can be a little confusing with new 10DLC number requirements in the US. We can no longer use the "rent a number" option quickly. Phone number vs mobile phone import can also be improved, since landlines are a lot more rare and we faced some issues with starting a texting campaign.
