They've helped us get the job done and helped us clean what started as a very old list of data.

Pros

Cheaper and simple. Years ago when we started they didn't have a lot of bells and whistles. You can tell they've done a ton of developing since and are growing.

Cons

Lesser known means not as many integrations with other software. You will always find people working with mailchimp or constant contact but rarely would find these guys on the list.

An overall positive experience -- support staff is very delightful to work with and responsive.

Pros

Robly is very easy to use for those with or without email production experience; the drag and drop design options make it ideal for all abilities. It's a nice dashboard layout and intuitive to use.

Cons

I wish Robly had a more robust reporting system and we could see data on unique clicks and opens. Robly's support team is very nice, but they're slow on new releases and updates compared with competitors.

### "This company will screw you, if they have the chance. Stay away from them"

This company is fraudulent. I signed up to move over our large email lists, with contacts that signed up on my website. I sent the first email and have 45% open rate! Spam complaints way under the threshold. Few unsubscribes. Everything completely perfect. Results far above the market average. I talked a lot with the support guy, who was very friendly. I did everything strictly to the book. But for no reason whatsoever, and without informing me - not a single word from them - they suddenly deactivated my entire account. All my data gone. No explanation at all. We didn't do anything illegal, but send newsletters about world events. Just plain old fashioned journalism. Reporting of high quality. But apparently they didn't like that. This is sick behavior. Really sick. These people deserve to be in jail, for such bad practices. Don't go there. They are extremely untrustworthy. They kill your business just like that and won't say a word to you. Insane.

Their system has a lot of useful features

Cons

They deactivated my account for no reason, without informing me why they did so. Shameful behavior.

It was super easy to set up, but please ask about the need to select the proper branding when setting up your account before sending any emails. If you don't select the right branding, your emails will be send to spam.

Pros

It is really easy to learn how to use and import contacts and send great emails.

Cons

I did not like that its design system is severely limited. For example, you can have a headline 34 pt or 40 pt, but nothing in between.

Pros

Easy to setup, use, and train others to use. The flexibility of setting up the newsletter is what made it an easy choice for us.

Cons

The reporting features are not as good as we need them to be. I still need to do a lot of manual work to the data in order to gather what is needed from it.

### "Robly - Best Choice for Small Business"

I'm a career salesperson with a startup in the Salesforce market, and Robly has been invaluable in enabling me to prospect a new product. Their chat-based support is pretty responsive, and generally is able to address issues and concerns.

Pros

I originally chose Robly in 2016 because its campaign editor was more WYSIWYG than MailChimp or ConstantContact, both of which had anomalies show up after you had created a piece that were difficult to resolve. They have recently redesigned their UI, which took some getting used to, but the service still has excellent HTML fidelity and usability. The "OpenGen" function was the first I saw on the market. It allows you to automatically resend a piece to just the contacts who did not open the original. I enable OpenGen for every campaign, and always pick up a couple new leads.

Cons

Setting up Branding with Robly was a little challenging with two different vendors for email and website. They have also recently become MUCH more stringent in email addresses that they will accept. They pretty much require you to run addresses through a verification service like NeverBounce, and will disqualify addresses that the service marks as "accept all" (vs Valid) EVEN if you know from correspondence that it is a valid email address.

I'm really grateful that Robly exists and makes it possible to reach a lot of people who I can show up for and serve to make a difference in their lives.

Pros

Robly's Customer Support is really exceptional. I appreciated their guidance and support, which made all the difference in learning how to send our an email marketing campaign.

Cons

This is probably a good thing, but they are so dedicated to making sure only those that want to get emails are allowed on your email list. In my case, people who want to get emails from me were on the Do Not Mail list, which is taking a lot more time to get all those people to send me an email asking to be on my email list.

### "Robly is a great service..."

Pros

We've been using Robly since 2015 and have found them to be a great way to keep in touch with our clients. They have special services like timing the sending so it arrives in the person's email at the most efficient time, and also resending the email after 2 days if the person missed it the first time around.

Cons

Robly is not as user-friendly or as intuitive as similar email services. There is definitely a learning curve. Still, worth the time to learn. One feature I would love to see in the future is the ability to embed video and audio straight into the email, although that's a feature I haven't seen with any service so I'm not sure it's feasible.

Pros

The Robly AI is an interesting scheduling tool that I haven't encountered in other e-blast software before. This allows you to schedule an e-blast to go out to your contact list in a set window of time. The AI then learns your audience's e-mail behavior and sends the e-blast to them when they are most likely to open it.

Cons

We have had a lot of small issues with Robly. The most concerning issues being emails never arriving to subscribers and emails going directly into spam folders. I will say that this software seems to be actively in development, and so many small issues seem to be resolved over time. That being said, I do still find there are issues with contact searches and the e-blast layout tools.

On top of everything mentioned in the PROS, the customer service chat is exceptional - every time we reach out, a resolution is quickly attained - the reps are always so friendly and helpful.

Pros

Robly makes building and designing an email incredibly simple, especially compared to other software used in the past. We utilize the scheduling feature, which allows us to create emails in batches and get ahead in our marketing. The engagement tool has really helped us to keep our lists clean and increase our opens and click rates!

Cons

not sure - cannot think of a con at the moment

### "Great product for the price"

Pros

Robly is easy to use and the emails always look clean. User management is easy and the OpenGen gets a better open rate on the most important messaging.

Cons

It would be better if Robly's user management could integrate with other software platforms. We use a WordPress website and CiviCRM, neither of which seem to have customized options for Robly. Billing notifications have been spotty. I added our Director of Finance to automatically receive billing notifications, and it worked for 6 months, but suddenly stopped.

Robly is a powerful application that makes it easy to create beautiful newsletters. The tracking and reporting functions are top notch and very helpful. My favorite thing about Robly is the ability to automatically re-send an email a few days later to the recipients that never opened the first one. We experienced a much greater level of customer engagement by doing this.

Efficiency with campaigns and a greater reach.

Pros

Any small business owner knows half of the game is reaching out to a broad and diverse audience. My email campaigns are targeted but not always that successful. I had been a Mail Chimp user until a friend of mine introduced me to Robly. Now I'm with Robly forever. Getting email addresses is one thing. Delivering an email and getting the user to open it is quite another. Robly boasts that they guarantee 50% more opens. I doubted it but it was worth checking out. Robly delivered big time. How do they do it? Robly automatically RESENDS emails with a different subject line to people that didn't open it the first time. Brilliant AND it worked. The first campaign I sent out I had almost 70% more opens than my first campaign. I attribute 100% to this amazing feature. The other thing I absolutely LOVE is that Robly plays well with other programs and apps. I can send emails to my Facebook friends right in the Robly app. It's an amazingly efficient way to reach the people I'm already connected to. Add a dozen other features and couple that with Robly's 24/7 customer service and you'll be a Robly user for life. I am!

Cons

Nothing at all. Robly backs up it's opening claims every time.

Pros

I think that the statistic parts re the most interesting and useful, also the campaign and lists organizations are practical. Overall a very good program to use.

Cons

I think that the "Drag and drop" edition section could be improve, I feel that my emails never look stethically nice because there are things missing I would prefer if it would look more like Adobe Illustrator, after all the static of the email is fundamental.

I have benefited from the use of Robly because I have managed to connect with a larger group of people, since currently in my company we receive many subscriptions to our emails every day, and with Robly, we have been able to control that volume of people.

Pros

I have the great pleasure to say that Robly is an orderly software, that each section has a correct order and this has brought an excellent progress with respect to the long-term learning in Email Marketing.

Cons

It is not so nice the fact that Robly is so simple, I think that little by little should add new features so that the platform does not have "empty spaces" that the only thing that shows in insecurity in its developers.

We send out a weekly e-newsletter with many links to articles on our website. Robly makes it easy to create our calendar on the website, then copy and paste it - with its links intact - into our e-newsletter. Something our previous, more expensive service could not do.

Cons

I can't always get the formatting exactly the way I would like. Perhaps if I spent more time working on this, but always trying to meet a deadline!

At the end of the day, the proof is in the stats, and I've seen better opens and engagements when sending with Robly than I have with other comparable email systems!

Pros

I've used a lot of mail management softwares over the years, and this is the first I've encountered with a feature like the OpenGen tech used by Robly. The fact that it automatically re sends campaigns with a different subject line is a huge time saver and a great feature in general. I've seen dramatically different open rates with the use of this tool.

Cons

Compared to the more common choices (Mailchimp) etc, I found Roblys actual email creation tool to be a bit lacking. It just takes a lot more work to get an email looking as nice as I can, in less time, in Mailchimp.

Pros

In my time using Robly it has always done what I needed it to do. There are little tweaks I have asked for because I feel there is a tone of potential to improve the platform. However, it is extremely user-friendly, super presentable, and has an array of templates that help instruct new email marketers. Their team is very responsive and is always there to give me an answer to a problem I'm having.

Cons

Not all fonts they provide function on standard email servers which will make your emails look vastly different when they arrive to your clients. There is no mobile editor for email structuring so you are kind of at the will of the layout how it all turns out. This last part is not really a con because no other service offers this that I have found, but I would love it if they would allow overlapping images for logos over backdrops and things of that sort or in general offer a variety of design options that make them stand out from the competition. Regardless of these, I am still very pleased with the service and still recommend them to many of my colleagues in the marketing world.

Robly has helped me a lot, previously I had problems with Email using other software, Emails took a long time to reach the client and the delay caused us to lose a lot, since I used Robly I had very good progress.

Pros

I like Robly because it exceeds the functions of many software, there is much more diversity, I would even say that Robly greatly exceeds Constant Contact, using Robly is a way to make Emails and comply with Marketing in a simple and fast way Without making so much effort, Robly is perfect and I hope it stays that way.

Cons

I do not like the prices of Robly, at first I did not touch another and had to pay the high prices, but I think they should lower the rates, the last plans with more access and more benefits to the program exceed.

Pros

Robly is extremely easy to use. They build you a custom template based on your website design (or other reference material) for FREE! That means that anyone on your team can jump on and send out high quality, branded emails, even if they are not in marketing/design. Also, the other features that we really like are OpenGen and Robly A.I. Both features enable us to grow our list and build engagement among our subscribers. The customer service is amazing and prompt, and live chat makes communication super easy! I highly recommend Robly to any organization!

Cons

Nothing! They have continued to make fantastic improvements and are far ahead of other platforms! Keep up the good work!

It makes easy to communicate with our future customers and our existing clients, and it gives us great opportunity to work more effectively about internal and external customers, getting responses is more easy with using Robly. We are using Robly mainly for supply registrations for our groups. It is also useful for sharing new events. It's can be suit perfectly for every company.

Cons

Personalization of outgoing emails would be perfect. I would like to see more text font styles and flexible templates and better design to work. Overall interface is friendly, but they never changed its design. And customer support needs some updates.

Mainly the best thing that Robly has is the design, since it is a quite creative design that supposes that the users would not get bored when using it, since they use a "bird" as representation to their software, something very fun to handle the Email Marketing.

Cons

I would like Robly to improve the autoresponder, since in many cases Emails are not sent correctly to the configured recipient, this brings mutual confusion and a lot of waste of time.

Pros

I love how this platform takes metrics and figures out a game plan for when the best time to send email (Marketing) to prospects. This was super helpful to inform people about our products. Also when it comes to advertising campaign it can do it in a matter of seconds

Cons

It has a malfunction to create campaigns from mobile devices also the emails sent from emails of Robly delay so much in arriving
