### "The best I've seen.. and I've seen plenty"

When searching for a new platform for our email marketing; I signed up for several trial accounts across different platforms. Robly was by FAR the best. The interface looks great and is free from bugs. The opengen function has gotten me about 25-35% more activity for each email I've sent and the Robly Al tracks users open habits so the email lands in their inbox at the time most likely to opened creating a consistently strong open rate. The campaign builder has phenomenal templates to choose from and a much larger selection than the other guys. Customer support has shown genuine care throughout the learning curve. I have always gotten quick and accurate responses. The support team is very knowledgeable and helpful. Shout out to Melissa in support who has been a HUGE help and went out of her way to make the transition smooth and pleasant. I am absolutely 100% satisfied and happy to stop jumping from platform to platform looking for something better.

Pros

There are a number of templates to choose from and they are easy to find. Also, the cost to use is better than anything else!

Cons

Robly could be a little bit more user friendly as sometimes I have a hard time remembering certain steps. However, help is available!

### "Horrible Customer Service"

Horrible. I was referred to the service by the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and had my account terminated after only 10 days. They knew the industry I was in and partly cited that as a reason to terminate me. It was hard to setup and when I finally had everything ready they kicked me off. They don't communicate well with each other. My rep knew I needed to sort out my list and they said there were too many bounces. They didn't even give me any notice. Horrible, horrible people to deal with. Stay away!

Pros

I thought Robly would be better. It wasn't. The company is poorly run and one hand doesn't know what the other one is doing.

Cons

Terrible customer service. They are more like robots than people. Stay away. If you have any issues they'll delete your account without notice.

I'm a semi-techy, burgeoning graphics person and love the tools and ease of use. I've used another e-mail marking service that was very frustrating and hard to manage. The folks at Robly are super helpful and get answers to you quickly.

Pros

Ease of use. Real tools that make sense. Ability to copy from word and other formats. Gives a great looking, professional e-mail that works wonderfully on any devise. The OpenGen is fantastic! Gets so many more opens with that.

Cons

Hard to put pictures and text together the way I want them. I haven't been able to add an image to a text box, even though I watched a video on it. No highlighting ability for text.

Pros

I find Robly very intuitive and easy to use. I like the OpenGen feature as it gives us a greater open rate. Great value for the money. Any time I have had a problem they have responded quickly and been very helpful.

Cons

It would be helpful if there were a greater number of templates to choose from. I have had issues with the sent campaigns looking different than what I designed, but I believe they have worked to fix that problem.

Pros

The best thing that Robly has is that you can connect with the social network Facebook, this has been a very good implementation because you can also automatically send information about any campaign, to colleagues who have added to your social network.

Cons

It has a malfunction to create campaigns from mobile devices, since it does not allow a campaign with a good design and it must have very little information for the client.

Transferred from "the other" guy and even though our percentages are about the same, I really believe that the emails are getting through. I think the AI function gets the credit, as well as the more simple templates. (Altho' they can have their drawback and get a bit tiresome). OpenGen is really neat, we just have to watch the frequency and timing around our new sends and OPENGEN so there isn't too much overlap and viewer fatigue.

Pros

Responsive templates are important as a large number of our users are on other-than-desktop devices

Cons

The responsive templates can get boring and don't always "size up" to the device page. But I think folks are forgiving (at least now) of that.

Pros

I love the OpenGen feature. We have received several more opens by scheduling that than we would have otherwise. I also really like the ease of use when creating a new newsletter, being able to drag and drop columns and blocks. It is much easier to use in my opinion than Constant Contact and having to try to get things to position correctly.

Cons

I don't like not being able to put my emails in folders. The filters are definitely useful and I wouldn't get rid of them. However, looking at the campaigns page just makes me feel unorganized, to have to look at all the emails at once. I would rather have folders that I can click on and sort through or view with filtering options within the folders.

Pros

I am still impress with how quick each mail processor is. No other email marketing tool will give you this speed both sending and receiving emails to each subscriber. Also you can send emails at the time people are most likely to open them. Isn't that great? Think about how it impact your business and you'll switch immediately. If you change to Robly, it will be a very intuitive process, improvement will be immediate.

Cons

Maybe some improvement in the interface design. It would be great to modernize it a little bit, make more slender. Also the manual email design could have a better toolbox. Some people complain about its price, but it's fair. It's not that expensive.

Pros

The automatic followup email feature intrigued me, and is something I look forward to using. The feature that identified the right time to send to each contact seems great. I loved the offer of a personalized template, and put it to use immediately. Finally, it was about half the price I was paying at Constant Contact...so it was hard to turn down!

Cons

Using the templates is a little clunky...feels like there is an unnecessary step in there. I'd like to be able to see what the email will look like (on computer and on phone), and I'd love a feature that would allow a clean PDF that formatted to standard 8.5x11 paper for printing out copies for clients that don't utilize email (yes, those people still exist!)

Over all the product is excellent. I switched a couple of years ago and have been very satisfied. The customer service is very good and the emails look great. I would like to see updated templates specifically around the holiday season.

Pros

This product has a feature called Open Gen. It gives me a 20% higher open rate than my previous company and it cost about 1/2 the price.

Cons

My one concern is that this type of marketing in now available at a lower price.

Pros

Robly has some impressive features, including their OpenGen which resends to soft bounces. The editor is relatively easy to use. The metrics are on-par with other email service companies.

Cons

I ran into a lot of issues early on and, although they did have live chat from a person, the customer support representative wasn't too helpful and almost seemed combative at times. I got the impression that any issues I was running into were my fault and it became incredibly frustrating. I'm well versed in email marketing and it was as if the rep was trying to gaslight me and tell me the problems weren't there. Even though I was in the application looking right at the faults.

I would recommend Robly to any company or person, since within my company I have been able to send emails automatically and quickly, this has given more progress to my company and more agility.

Pros

The best sending of campaigns, since the emails arrive in an instant and you do not have to wait many minutes of delay.

Cons

Very high prices, the plans are not so accessible because the rates exceed per month, I would like them to decrease a bit.

Pros

Robly is generally easy to use with good tracking on opens, link clicks, etc. and a user-friendly interface.

Cons

Sometimes the formatting gets wonky while editing and it's hard to tell what the final product will look like as sometimes even the test emails aren't the same as what gets sent out. I had this issue with another email company, as well, so I don't believe it's just Robly.

Pros

What I like most is that when you subscribe to a campaign the information is sent in a fast way is very efficient I always recommend it for those characteristics that improve its operation and performance and facilitates the work of the person who You need to do and know your campaign.

Cons

What I do not like about Robly is their safety, since something that is paramount for anyone, and I notice that their security options are very basic and I think they should improve it because it is one of the most important characteristics.

Pros

Ease of use and nice templates. The campaign is simple and I can easily add numerous campaigns too. Excellent customer support. Not on hold forever. Good mobile responsive templates.

Cons

Pricing can be lower. I like to see more templates for photographers particularly. More color choices for headers and footers would be great too

The customer service is hands down, the best. The product is excellent but it could still use a few features to make life a bit easier for the less tech-savvy in our organization, such as allowing for standardized color palettes or more flexibility with the mobile-responsive templates. However, all of our users learned quickly and are making great use of Robly, and the analytics are a huge plus.

Pros

It's stable, not glitchy. It sometimes shows up differently on different platforms, such as Windows and Mac, but overall, it's more consistent than others. It's easy to learn. It has great analytics capability.

Cons

If you have to follow certain style guidelines with fonts, color, spacing, etc., it's a bit more labor intensive because you can't create a palette to work from. You have to input hex codes and work with the built-in formatting. In some cases, you can access the code to make changes, but that takes a skill level most of our users don't have.

We felt like we hadn't had the best results from other email marketing softwares -- until we got Robly. The amount of open emails increased and the analytics reporting was very easy to understand.

Cons

It was hard for some to get the hang of -- it's just a slower learning process.

I handle our organization's social media: 3 Facebook pages, a Twitter page, Pinterest and 3 bimonthly regular newsletters and the occasional special edition newsletter. Thus you can understand my appreciation for Robly's ease of use. It allows me to get out multiple professional looking newsletters in a minimum amount of time and connect them to our regular social media. It's truly a life-saver.

Pros

Extremely easy to use.

Cons

Have you considered allowing it to open multiple screens. Sometimes I need to place the same article in several newsletters and being able to work on multiple newsletters at the same time would be helpful.

Pros

It has many of the same features of my favorite (MailChimp), but serves mailing lists more reliably. MailChimp started ending up in spam filters after a bit. This one never has.

Cons

There are little design things I'd like to see fixed. Dropping in rich text, links disappear and need to be manually re-entered. Getting images in is awkward. The image box always ends up at the end of the newsletter then needs to be moved up to where you actually want it.

Pros

Really enjoy the smart feature that will resent the same email if the recipient does not open within a certain time frame, it really increases the number of people that see my newsletters. I was unsure about there not being a contact number for customer service but the online chat was so much quicker and easier to use. Very helpful!

Cons

There are a lot of options which can be a little overwhelming. Some of the options I had no idea what they meant and when I clicked on it, it opened another window with a lot of text. It would be nice if there were a button to click for a quick overview of what it is then an option to open another window for more information about it.
